Step 1:

'we were just two friends having fun'

  We went to the amusement park like we always did with the bunch of our friends on a Saturday night.

  She was dressed like she always did. Light make-up, just the way she liked it, wavy brown hair up in her usual ponytail. With one of her favorite t-shirts of comic book characters, TV shows, or bands, her favorite pair of worn out jeans, her aqua blue vans that you couldn't tell were blue anymore with all the dirt they collected, and her pain gray hoodie.

  It was the beginning of spring, so it was still cold out at night.

  We all waited in line to get on a roller coaster, when she approached me and told me that she wanted to sit next to me. How could I say no? So I let her.

  The two of us weren't close, she was a friend of a friends, but with over time we all ended up going out to places all the time together. Usually when we came here, she would ride rides with her girl friends and not with us boys. But this time she wanted to be my partner on rides and I wasn't going to say no to that. She was pretty.

  While waiting in line for the umpteenth time that night, I caught her looking over at me. She was just smiling, but when I noticed she blushed and looked away.

  I've kinda had a crush on her for a while actually, and that was the first time I ever saw her look at me like that.
