chapter 5.

Nathan started to help putting Liams belongings in black garbage bags.  Nathan put the garbage against the wall, while August took two boxes out of the closet.  " what is in those ?" He asked, curious what's inside.  August didn't answer but open the slightly bigger one, she pulled out a pink comforter and a big white soft blanket.
" can you help and remove the grey comforters ?"  He nodded, and started to take off the grey comforter and the grey pillowcases.
After the bed was looking decent, August opened the other box and dumped it on the bed. So many plushie s were on the bed. Nathan gasp, " I remember now,". August was searching through the pile and grab a cute penguin plushie and handed to nathan.
" this is for valentina, I don't have a bag or something so can you wrap it or sumthing ?" He smiled " of course," he looked at his watch and saw it was about to be 5:30. " hey August, I have to go get valentina. Thanks for inviting me over." She smiled " anytime, tell valentina and your mom I said hi". He nodded " okay, be safe"
" alright, miss ya"
He left the apartment and started to walk towards the elevator, without looking he accidentally bump into someone's shoulder. He was about to apologize but the person quickly left. Nathan shrugged and arrived at the elevator.

After August was done arranging the plushies on the bed, she patted the bed. She then realized she left her phone on the counter, August finally felt so much happiness after Detective Lo came over. She went to the counter and saw her two phones were missing. She knew she put them there, August turned around and back to the counter. Out of sudden there was cloth against her mouth. Her eyes widen, she tried to fight it off, but failed to do so.
