Third/Paimon's Pov

He knows he cannot win her regardless if he is inside the Eternal domain or not but that doesn't mean she'll emerge unscathed.
He tries to match her attacks as a way to reason with her. And then he lowers his guard, drops his weapon and abilities to show he his harmless.

Raiden's  Pov

"You want to keep fighting? You could've just asked, sweetie." The mysterious figure replied, "normally I would punish those who step out of line, you, Xiafei and three of your friends are an exception."

"And you are an exception to eternity."  I responded coldly with the previous Raiden Shogun, Ei's voice echoing.

I teleported behind him and tried to catch him off guard.

Our weapons clashed in a fiery storm of steel, electricity and flames. He still was fighting with a smirk, his expression showed he was enjoying the fight and a bit of insanity, almost like Tartaglia but slightly more crazy, a stark contrast from Dottore's cold, calculating gaze or Xiao's expressionless look. I teleported rapidly, summoning a dozen copies of the dawnbreaker swords and tried pulling the energy of all seven elements together as fast as I could.

"Still upset, I see," he noted amidst the chaos.

"Shut the fuck up."

I will not let Zeta Dottore die a third time.

With a final surge, lightning from all directions fused with the seven elements and energon, blasted toward him in a single, devastating beam.

He sighed. In response, multiple energon-infused swords materialized and shot toward me.

And then... flames burned all around me.

It was 三昧真火 true samahadi flames.

This burns worse than Arlecchino's flames, but also can heal if the wielder chooses to do so like Zandik's blue flames.

The lightning threads met the deadly flame, violet electro arcs weaving through crimson infernos—as eternity itself split under the weight of their resolve. A giant flaming spear tried to deflect my musou no hitotachi. But what was crazy was that both of our abilities did not out match the other. And then suddenly, time froze. The fatal threads of the lightning and electro blades were just inches away from striking him while his spear was about to strike me.

I could still move, teleport and gather energy for the next Musou no isshin strike. But then I realized...did he just freeze time inside my own domain and my attack canceled his ability?!

Impossible!

His ability must be time suspension?!
Wait didn't Omega Dottore have the time suspension ability?! Zeta knew this ability too, but he doesn't use it often. Did Vein steal Omega's ability or was this his power to begin with?!

That's insanely cool and terrifying!

I teleported to a new view point and braced for his counter-attack, preparing a deadly electro charge between my hands. There was already an electro ring surrounding him along with violet flames and crystals. But he just stood there, letting his weapon dissolve into nothing. He then shifted to human form, turning his back to me.

Is he... showing me mercy?

Hesitating, I canceled my attack and slowly shifted to my normal self. The gathered elements and electro swords harmlessly dispersed into shimmering lights.
