The sun rose above the trees as Jasper silently watched waiting, "Jasper you shouldn't have stood there all night." Stevens sentence was interrupted as he yawns stretching, "of course steven." Jasper held her hand in a formation of a diamond. Steven stares not saying anything, his body aches as he stood up. "Maybe I can get some training in while I'm here, Jasper get some rocks." He watched as Jasper went off, he knelt down near the pond catching a fish in one of the bubbles. While I'm out here I can forget about everything he pulled the bubble up pushing any thoughts of Connie or the gems to the back of his head as Jasper returns. "Are the rocks good enough Steven?" He flinched at the question, "yea they look decent enough." Jasper nods as Steven lit a fire impaling the fish as he cooks it over the flame, hey Jasper could you try to make the cave more comfortable? I woke up with aches in my body" Steven asked Jasper and she replied, "of course steven." He knew he wouldn't get used to that, he took the fish off the fire letting it cool. He watched Jasper walk off, only to see her return with a brand new mattress. Steven stared confused, where did she even find that. He watched as jasper put it in the cave, he grabbed his fish and carefully pulled the meat off the bones putting bits of meat in his mouth. "Jasper what do you think I should practice on in todays training..?" Steven wanted to see what Jasper wanted to do. "Whatever you want steven." Whatever I want? What do I even want? Steven sighs "I want to be left alone." Jasper nods as she went off, probably gathering rocks. He eventually finished eating as he lays back watching the sky, everyone will move on then all I will have is Jasper. But how bad would she be? She seems like she cares... She done everything I asked. Wait I'm acting just like a diamond... Ugh I can't believe myself but it is good that she listens she's loyal and won't leave. Steven admires the beauty around as he dozed off.
