-Emily's POV-
-January 7th 3 pm-

My room door opens and in walks........

Mariano running to me and grabbing the gun out of my hand. I cry on him as he rubs my back.

"I'm here princess I'm here" he kisses my forehead. "Where are the babies" he asks still rubbing my back as I point to the corner where they're laying on a blanket. He pulls away from the hug and picks them up. "Ima put them in their cribs and come back to help you" he smiles at me as I wipe my eyes.

Minutes later he walks in and sits back down on the floor with me, holding me tightly making sure I feel safe.

"He lost his shit....like that time he lost it when we first met when we were in his house" I sob as mar nods knowing what I'm talking about.

"Did you say something to trigger him" he ask softy

"That I was taking to someone else" I sob harder
-Play the song-

"Princess look at me" he holds my chin so I'm looking at him. "Stop crying right now" he wipes my tears. "Comon lets get you cleaned up and we can watch Netflix ok" he smiled lightly and kissed my forehead again. I nod my head and we stand up entering my bathroom. He slides my shorts off and turns me around, so my back is facing him and takes my shirt off. He turns me back around and hugs me tightly as I start to cry again, never looking down at my body once just at my eyes. He shuts his eyes and bends down sliding my bottoms off and stands but up opening them looking me in the eyes.

"I gotchu now stop crying" he kisses my forehead again and turned around starting the water filling a bath up. He puts soap in it making it soapy and holds his hand out for me with his other coving his eyes. I hold his hand and he pulls me closer.

"Get in" he said in a low tone. I did as he said and sat down.

"Mar you can look now" I giggle and he opens his eyes.

"Enjoy your bath princess ima go make popcorn Ight" he smiled and walked out.

God how did I get lucky to have a best friend like mar. He's always there for me and never forces me to do anything and is so understanding. I swear if he wasn't my bestie that would be my baby daddy Bc he's so perfect when it comes to girls. I hope my Cici finds someone like him Bc honestly I wouldn't mind a guy like mar in my daughter's life. I smile at the fact of my daughter growing up to marry a man like that.

I wash my body up and drain the bath and dry off. Putting my hair in a messy bun before walking into my room. After having the kid's I've been feeling so insecure about my body. I feel fat even though I work out a lot now to get back to my fit body I still cry over it. I put on a sports bra with get sweatpants. I walk out my room and instantly smell the popcorn making me smile as I walk into the kitchen. Mar looks me up and down.

"I look fat don't I" I cover my stomach up and mar frowns walking over to me

"Emily don't say that. You just had 2 babies Princess and you still don't look fat" he says with a smile

"I look so ugly...I have some stretch marks on my hips and 2 on my stomach.....I got some on my ass too. I'm so ugly" my eyes water and mar frowns

"Emily your not ugly and they are bless marks Princess. The finest thing in a girl is her stretch marks Bc it shows naturalness and you don't see any guy complaining about them and the ones on your ass means it just got fatter" he smiles tucking a curl in my bun. I just smile Bc he knows how to make someone feel so good by saying the right words yk what I mean.

"Awe thank you mar you be saying the right things at the right times" I smile and kiss his cheek walking over to the living room. He follows with 2 big bolls filled with popcorn.

Both of the babies start to cry meaning their hungry making us laugh as I get Cici, Mar gets Seph and we sit back down with them. Mar lays a blanket over me as I feed Cici first while Mar plays with Seph using his finger making me smile as they both look so adorable. After Cici gets full we swap babies and do the same for both.

"Mar let's just watch the movie with them here" I point to the baby rocking swings I have in the living room setting Seph down as Mar does the same with Cici. We both get under the blanket and watch a funny movie while eating popcorn. My head is on Mar's chest and I can hear is calm heartbeat making me feel warm inside. He plays with my curls as he quietly laughs at the movie playing.
(We watching Friday Bc that my favorite movie. It's the best movie hands down!)
I giggle at it too making him hug my tighter. I love our friendship it's so perfect ofc we have our arguments but they never last and we ain't toxic at all to each other. We never lay a hand on each other and make it work. Only if me and Mattia were like this, I think making me frown and Mar notices.

"Stop thinking about you and Mattia and just enjoy the moment" he says in his deep voice making me calm down.

"Ok" I smile and sit up. He position himself laying down and I lay on top of him. He wraps his arms around me and I do the same around his arms as we watch the movie.
