New house, new school and new people. These are things I'm used to by now. Me and my parents never stay in one city for too long, because of my dad's work. To be honest, I'm still not sure what exactly he does, but I've had this feeling that whatever he's doing is illegal. It isn't really my business to ask, I just hope I'm wrong. My mom on the other hand doesn't work. She prefers to spend dad's money. Don't get me wrong, she's a really good mom, but not the best wife you can imagine.
And what about me? I'm a simple girl, really. The only I guess you could say 'outstanding' thing is - I'm lesbian. I like pretty much any girls, except spoiled brats. I, like every person on earth, can't stand them. They think they're so perfect and everyone loves them, but in reality they hate their guts. But anyway, they don't deserve my precious time.
Yesterday Dexter, aka my cousin, told us he send a picture of me to two of his classmates and told them we were going to be neighbors. These two are basically best friends with the biggest brat in the whole school. His words, not mine. I got real mad at him and no joke, I was about to punch him in the face. After asking why he did that, his answer was something like 'I think you two will be cute together'. Excuse me? First of all, everyone already knows what I think of girls like her. Second - even if she wasn't that bad, how the hell does he know if she likes girls as well? I swear this boy is unbelievable.

What is the worst thing that can happen to a new student? For me that's being late and guess what, I got lost in the school. I also had about 3 minutes to get to class. There was no way I was going to be on time. And I was right. I was 10 minutes late. Not the first impression I was planning to do for sure.
14:23 pm.
My first day wasn't that interesting afterwards. However, I made one friend. His name is Connor and he's a really sweet guy. He showed me the school around. I won't lie, these people know how to take care of their school. One thing that made me really curious was that at lunch most people were always looking at one particular girl. She was sitting with two other girls. The three of them looked like your typical 'gossip' or 'mean' girls. But as I said, people were staring mostly at one of them.
She had a bit longer than mine, ash blonde hair. Clearly not her natural color. She also had beautiful big black eyes and her skin was pretty pale. As much as I hate to admit this, she caught my attention. I don't know why, but I could somehow sense she was feeling hurt. Trust me, I know this sounds ridiculous. After thinking about this girl a lot, I decided to ask Connor.
- Uh, Connor. - I said. - Can I ask you about someone? - I continued kind of nervous, because I didn't exactly know how to ask him.
- Sure, about who? - after that I described her to him the same way as earlier he started to sound kind of weird. - You're talking about Aurora Valente. She's the queen bee of our school. I suggest you to not mess with her. I heard she kicked out one of her classmates, just because she didn't like her 'presence' there. - he started giggling out of nowhere. - Why do you ask about her anyway? I thought you don't like chicks like her. - that is the truth, I don't, but there was something about her making me wanting to talk to her.
- Nothing, I just noticed everyone was looking at her and got curious. - I laughed with him after that.I was looking at her leaving the school with her driver. Of course she wouldn't drive herself. I got into my car and drove home. About 15 minutes later I was finally in front of my house, but I saw the same car that drove Aurora. Then it clicked in my head, she was the girl Dexter told me about being my neighbor. I definitely have to talk to her now.
