Kou Minamoto didn't remember how he arrived to school, he can hardly remember anything from the last few days. It was a weird day; it felt so surreal, like a dream, but he felt the pain from the lead of his pencil (conviniantly placed behind his ear) piercing his skin to make sure it was real.

He didn't have any other school supplies, and the teacher surprisingly didn't lecture him on it, his friends ignored him, and a white flower sat present on his desk, even though he's never been bullied.

His mind was too muddled to comprehend the situation at hand, so he just shrugged it off - Going on about his day.

Once the final bell rang, indicating their dismissal, Kou shot up from his seat, running towards the old building as fast as he could.

He barged into the girl's toilet, only to see Yashiro Nene bawling her eyes out onto Hanako-Kun [ancient] uniform. Hanako himself held a solemn expression, they looked as if they were mourning.

"Senpai, what's wrong?" Yoshiros' head turned so fast Kou was worried she might whiplash, she expression was somewhere between shock, relief and grief. Even Hanako looked surprised.

"Kou," Her voice was extremely shaky, she stood up slowly stalking towards him, as if she moved too fast, he'd run away, like a startled cat. Once she was a respectable distance away from him, she put one of her trembling hands to his face, she felt so warm compared to him.

Tears still pricked the brim of her eyes, she wrapped her arms around him tightly, sobbing into his shoulder.

Hanako stood back, observing the scene, he still looked to be in despair, but less so than before, "You're - you're an apparition," He finally stuttered out, eyes darting around the room, avoiding Kous' confused gaze.

"You're so cold. So, so cold," Yashiro muttered, taking a step back to observe him, "and transparent."

It had finally hit him like a tonne of bricks, pulling his heart strings, a dull throbbing pain lingered in his heart.

"I'm dead."

Hanako stalked through the barren halls of the school, the only light being the highlighted moon gazing in from the windows.

If he were alive, Hanako swore his footsteps would've echoed throughout the whole building; bug it was dead quiet. Unfortunately he had no footsteps, no heartbeat, nothing.

He was quite lonely, although he knew it wouldn't last long.

He creaked the door to the radio station open, eyes scanning the room. Four people sat around the light room, a small chatter filling the once silent atmosphere.

Sakura was the first to notice his appearance, her green eyes narrowing at him with burning hatred, although as far as he's concerned, he did nothing to upset the porcelain female.

"Amane!" Tsukasa jumped from his sitting position, going over to hug him, until said boy put a hand up, a simple gesture that meant for him to calm down.

"I need to ask a favour of you, Tsukasa, " he hide his shaking hands behind his back, gaze fixated on the floor, this peaked Tsukasas' attention; he knew his twin would never willingly seek him out unless it was absolutely necessary, or important.

"Hm, what kind of favour?" the other twin asked, tilting his head slightly, very cat like.

"My friend recently passed, he's an apparition, although he doesn't have a story," Hanako said sternly, faking his confident stance.
