Todoroki ran after the villain, ignoring the pleads of his teammates to wait for backup. They figured out the villains quirk was copying quirks, similar to Monama's quirk, but this person could only use one at a time.

Todoroki used his ice to block the villain, who let out an aggravated growl. " I'd like to finish this now... so I can get back home to my husband..." Todoroki said, freezing the villains feet in place. He radioed his team, " I caught him... I'll send you guys the location..." He had his back turned to the villan, not hearing or seeing what he was doing. Yes the Villain has a quirk copy quirk, but he didn't necessarily need to touch the person. Todoroki sensed something was wrong, he quickly dodged the Ice attack aimed at him

" Wow! I'd be lying if I said this isn't the strongest quirk I've taken!" The villain said, smirking. Todoroki let out a low growl, shooting fire at the villain. It was blocked by a wall of ice, which pissed Todoroki off.
The peppermint haired man launched himself at the ice wall, using his flash fire to melt it. The villain made a disapproving noise, dodging Todoroki's fire. " My my, you seem angry." He remarked, throwing an Ice dagger at Todoroki, the dagger melted instantly.
" Oh boy that doesn't work..." the villain muttered, turning around to run. Before Todoroki realized what was happening, the villain made an ice wall behind him, running fast.

Todoroki had it with this bastard. He broke through the ice wall, the villain couldn't have gotten far.
He looked for frost foot prints or anything, nothing. He continued to run forward looking around for the villain. He ran into a dead end, but where was the villain.
He was about to turn around when he felt something cold go through his chest. Well damn...
He looked down at the ice spike bursting through his chest, blood seeping down it. He yelled in pain when the villain made the ice bigger, tearing apart his chest and stomach.

" Oh my is that cold?" The villain asked, walking up to Todoroki to look at him.
The peppermint haired man just glared, not saying anything. The villain just chuckled, " It doesn't matter, you'll be dead soon... thank you for the quirk though, I'll treasure it til I find a new one to steal."

With that, the villain disappeared
Todoroki felt his eyes getting hooded, he thought about Inasa, his husband, waiting back at the house for him. His high school friends, smiling at him.

"I'm... sorry...." He managed to say, before his eyes fully closed

All he could feel was the cold, seeping into him.

A/N: Sssobbbs, not that proud of this one, it was a little harder tbh. I mean, I wanted it so Todoroki basically had his ice half of his quirk used against him, and him to be impaled.  It was harder to plot that out lmao. Next one will be an Uraraka one, I will not say what she will go through, but I will say, it's going to be dark af.
