Cory's POV

I looked up at the huge building that was supposed to be my new school. I grinned and walked confidently up the steps and into the school. I was here early so a councilor could show me around I wandered the quiet halls looking for the office before I saw a janitor emptying a garbage.
"Uhm excuse me ma'am Im new could you please point me to the office?"
She looked up cheerily she was pretty didn't seem past her mid-twenties.
"Ofcourse darlin I'm Sheryl! The office is down the hall and then take a right it has a big sign you can't miss it"
I thanked her with a smile and walked to the office face palming when I realized id passed it at least twice. I walked in smiling at the lady at the desk
"Excuse me I'm Cory Danes? New here a councilor is supposed to show me around before school?"
"Well aren't you just the cutest!" She smiled happily as i looked down at my purple glittery airwalks. she reminded me of a chipmunk. Chubby but cute and happy. I smiled thinking that this might actually be a good place for me.
