「normal」just wasn't what akeno wanted.
she wanted to feel special.
she wanted a role only she could play.
she wished to be important, and not just a nobody whom no one would notice no matter how hard she worked.
just like a character in a movie, akeno wanted something, a catalyst, for a future wherein she would be doing tons of exciting things that none of her peers could have imagined her to be doing.
travelling,
being seen on the media,
or maybe even finding a portal in her attic, as childish a dream as that may seem both to her and to many.
fukushima akeno wanted to be the akeno that everyone would associate with people of the same name.
it was not an immature dream or a frivolous fantasy, but something she truly wanted, a decision she has decided upon as soon as her eyes had opened.
