Neo Cortex... he was a kid, always fascinated for science! Specially about mutation.. quimical products... but... what he really was? A simple person living with his family? No! A richie? Nah.. Maybe he was already a scientist? Nope, he was a.. Clown! Well, not exactly, his family had always the tradition to be clowns... but.. Cortex, Cortex don't liked to the others laughing from him, he doesn't liked to be a clown.. but their parents were too poor, and no one else accepted they, even with this, they keep Cortex happy, they understood that Cortex don't liked to do clown things, so.. with some money the buyed things for Cortex do experiments.. this was his hobby.
But one day, Cortex made a Terrible mistake he drinked HOT CHOCOLATE (no offense but i preffer cold, very cold) and he.. dropped some of his potions too, and they all were hydrophobic and.. they were inflamabe too.. that caused his house be burned and.. his parents too, Cortex survived, but he doesn't had any place to go.. except.. one.. Academy of Evil! The school that the most famous villains got through, Cortex had only one objective now!
