"Babeee" Niall's voice filled my ear as I answered the call.
"Hey babe"
"How's work?" He asked.
"Busy"
"Busy? Really? I thought first day is always the happiest" He said.
"That's not the case here, no" I pout.
"What is it babe?" He said.
"So many upcoming projects" I exhaled.
"Aw babe"
"Well, I am going to eat something before my stomach started crying" I said.
"Okay babe, bon appetit! Love you"
"Love you Niall" I said, then hanged the phone.
The stacks of folder nearly blast my head off. I need to eat. Luckily, I still have two sandwiches that I made early this morning.
Once I'm done, I'm gonna ask the creative team to set up a small meeting for us so we could discuss about the project easily.
Mr. Jin want everything comes out perfect and I hope I didn't disappoint him.
The meeting was kind of late and I'm exhausted. I can't really think of anything right now, and Niall's gonna pick me up.
Not long after, His car arrived at the lobby.
"Niall!"
"Hey babe" He open the car's window and smiled at me. "Get in"
I open the door and get inside the car, resting my head on the car seat, feels like every bones will just come right off.
"I'm so tired babe" I pout,
Niall ran his hand on my hair, calmed me down. "How about a dinner on your favourite restaurant?" He said.
"Now? Really?" I squealed.
"Yes, I think you deserved it" He cupped my cheek and kissed it softly.
"Thank youuu!" I hugged him tightly, he showed me a disgust face but gave me a peck on the lips.
"Okay, lets go!"
After 45 minutes drive, we finally arrived to my favourite restaurant. They made the best lamb chops!
Niall looked so handsome right know, I don't know is it because of the navy buttoned up shirt that matches his perfect light blue eyes or just because I missed him so much.
I can't believe he propose me one year ago, next month, we will turn one year and two months engagement.
"You hungry?" He flashed his pearly whites while stroking the back of my palm gently.
I nodded. I need a booze, not just a big course of meal, probably few glasses, and let me sleep soundly tonight and get ready to have my ass kicked by Mr. Jin all over again. (not literally)
"How's work today, babe?" I stroked his face,feeling a few bumps of facial hair that started to grow especially on his chin area.
This man is beautiful.
"Sorry I've been so caught up in my own job , and I haven't asked about you" I said.
"It was okay, just like any other day" "Don't worry , Love"
The lamb is done and the savoury smells hit my nose. I ready to feast like a hungry tiger.
"This is soooo good" I mumbled.
He smiled at me while I chew and chew and chew and chew, maybe I look totally funny with sauce dripping on the side of my mouth.
Niall laughed, take a sheet of tissue paper, and wipe my lips off. "Baby, you eat like a baby" he said.
I pout. Shoving a big bite of meat in his mouth. "Sush, now eat"
"Yumm" He mumbled while chewing. "Babe.."
"Huh?" I raised my eyebrows. "You better swallow that first babe"
"Babe, there is something i wanna tell you-"
