The Cartel

CHAPTER ONE

Thunder strikes! It's pouring outside, and George is sipping his hot coffee while looking at a painting of himself from the time he served in the military. Chapter one George is a former soldier who was kicked out of the army for violating a regulation. After being discharged, he moves to North Carolina with his best friend Dave. Dave, a former boxer, had his career derailed when it was discovered that he had been using drugs. After that, he got himself involved in doing business with various drug cartels. Dave has a girlfriend whose name is Martha, and although she works as a stripper at a night club, she also handles some of Dave's more shady business on his behalf. Martha is a badass woman, and you should avoid getting in her way.
Dave tells him, "C'mon guy, you have to take something more; take more whiskey; it's going to heal this cold," and the man complies.
George grabbed the whiskey, drank some of it, and exclaimed, "Damn, this is delicious!" Dave then recommended that they go out and have some fun, and George readily agreed.
They left with a bently, the rain stopped falling half an hour ago, the time is 22:00, and Dave is chuckling to himself at some jokes. The joke was on George, Dave said, "c'mon man, that damn funny," and George, who was looking out the window, tapped Dave on the shoulder to tell him to stop. George said, "If I were the man, I would kick the motherfucking ass." Dave was taken aback and asked George what was going on. George looked furiously at the person he had seen walking down the street and responded, "Nothing. Just Go." Dave simply nodded and drove away.
The music is blaring, everyone is dancing, the strippers are keeping busy, the club light is moving around, and there is a lot of excitement going on inside the building.
Martha saw Dave and George drinking, so she went up to them and gave George a kiss on the cheek while also giving Dave a peck on the cheek. Martha then asked George how he was doing and whether or not he was having fun, and she told him to point a girl and she would make sure he had her for the night. Hahaha, what a funny statement that was! George is capable of picking any girl at the hall, but he is more obsessed with the fact that he is relieved
Dave gave Martha an amused expression and said, "George will pick you instead because you're such a crazy bitch." All three of them laughed at this, and while Dave and Martha continued their conversation, George walked towards the restroom. George went to clear his head as he walked out the door, and as he did so, he caught the eye of the same guy he had seen on the street while he was on his way to the club.
Allister is a lethal assassin who works for many politicians, drug cartels, and businessmen all over the world. George met Allister when he was on a special duty in Turkey. Allister killed George's best friend, and George was lucky to survive the brutal beatings he received.
George is still unsure of why he is in North Carolina and whether or not he is simply covering up the fact that he is planning to carry out another assassination. If so, the question now is who he plans to kill and who sent him.
Martha wasn't okay with that and tried walking away, but George held her hand and said to her that her work for the night is over and that she must leave with us. George walked past him, and Allister looked at him with suspicion. George rushed to Dave and told him that they needed to leave now. Dave looked at him in surprise and wondered why he wanted to go. George became more furious that they needed to leave.
Allister, on the other hand, was busy in the restroom adjusting the silencer that was attached to the muzzle of his pistol. He glances once more at the picture of his intended victim, which, unfortunately, is Dave. Who wants Dave dead? Why is Allister going after Dave?
Allister saw George, Dave, and Martha moving out of the hall towards the exit door, so he followed them up. When they arrived at their car, they sped up to it, and all three of them got inside. Allister rushed them, but they were too fast, so they drove off. Allister rushed to his bike and went after them.
Dave is surprised and asks George what is going on, Martha is more confused and demands an answer from George, George only instructs Dave to loose Allister and go where is safe, Allister almost close and brought out his pistol and point towards Dave,but couldn't get a good shot as his bullet fired the side mirrow instead,Immediately Dave knew something serious was after him, he accelerated and made sure Allister is never close to him, approaching a sharp bend and a truck is coming toward them, immediately Dave
car parked!, the three occupants hurriedly exited the vehicle and rushed inside, where they quickly shut all of the windows and locked the door.
Martha sprinted up to George, smacked him on the chest, and demanded to know who the man was and why he was chasing them.
After looking at Dave and Martha, George sat down on the couch and began to tell them about Allister. He explained how drug cartels use him and politicians, and he believes that Allister is either here for him or Dave. He began by telling them how he killed his best friend while on a special duty and how he survived his assaults.
Dave was vulnerable, and when he heard this, he immediately began to wonder who might want to kill him and which of his previous dealings might have led to this. Martha is not safe either because he works all dirty jobs for Dave, so if Dave is wanted dead, she is not an exception. Dave was weak, and when he heard this, he immediately began to wonder who might want to kill him.
"trrrr trrrrr" the phone rings, and Martha picks it up. "hello who is this," she says. I guess your Martha," a heavy voice says through the phone. I want to speak with Dave."
The caller laughed and said to Dave that he is shocked that Dave survived death this night but he won't be breathing for long,if he wants to be alive he should return his barrels stolen from his ship, 'Timm,' the call ended. Martha reaches out her hand to Dave and gives him the phone, saying that the caller wants to speak with him. Dave picked up the phone and responded to the unknown caller, saying, "yeah, this is Dave" and
Dave is now left wondering who could possibly be the caller. In the past, he had run some deals, stealing from cartels and selling to other cartels across boarders. However, he had run three deals from a container, and the question is who among them is after his life.
When Martha heard George telling him that they needed to leave since the flat was no longer secure, she nodded her head in agreement with what George stated.
The three went to pack some of their belongings, including their passports and identification cards. While they were doing so, George pulled out a gun and tossed one to Dave and another to Martha.
George went to the living room to pick his cap, and as he was putting it on his head, he heard a gun fire, and it hit the television. George shouted for everybody to get down, and he told Dave and Martha to stay on the floor to avoid any bullets. Many shots were fired from the outside, and loads of bullets entered the house, destroying the television, the freezer, and many other things in the living room.
George rolled to meet Dave and Martha as the gun fire continued to increase and massively approached the house. Dave, George, and Martha found their way through the back door and took a car from the garage before fleeing the scene. Allister watched the entire event from a distance and nodded as it unfolded. The thugs got inside, searched the entire house, and set it on fire because they couldn't find their target.
Dave's phone rang while it was in his pocket, and when he answered it, the same unknown caller laughed so loudly and told him how lucky he is to survive death twice in a night. The caller also promised Dave that he would find him if he looked for him. Incensed, Dave told the unknown caller to "fuck off," and then he threw the phone out the window of the moving vehicle.
After remaining silent for a few minutes, George finally asked Dave who the other person was. Dave replied that it was the same motherfucker who wanted him dead, and George asked once more, "Who is that then?"
