Chapter 1

*Camerons POV*

We got our penny boards and we're ready to go. This surprise date hayes planned was genius, corny, but genius.

Hayes and gabby were racing eachother on there penny boards like dorks. Me and Sara stayed at the same pace so we could talk while we rode.

"Cameron can I ask you a question?" She asked

"Of course babe anything"

"What did you think when you first met me? Like how did you feel about me?" She asked

I sat there and pondered over the thought even though I knew my answer right away. I thought she was the perfect girl from heaven. Who cares if she was younger? She was perfect.

"I was speechless...." I paused and she just kinda sighed. So I decided to go all sensitive, so she could really know how I felt.

" I had so many thoughts. I thought, and still think, that you were stunningly beautiful with your curly brown hair and Yourbright pink braces, and I thought you were really funny. And I was dying to get to know you and make you mine"

Her jaw dropped and she blushed. We stared into each others eyes and it felt like we were in a whole other universe. We were lost in each others eyes and almost ran into traffic and got ourselves killed but in the end, we were fine.

*Hayes POV*

Gabby was so cute when she thought she could beat me at anything, well besides volleyball because she was a Beast at volleyball.

The way her hair just flowed in the wind when she skated and it drove me absolutely  drove me crazy. Gabby was still a little uneasy since she had a small knee brace but was still keeping up fine .

"Babe slow down I don't want to hurt my knee anymore than I have to" she said.

I obeyed, and we stayed at the same pace still far ahead of Cameron and Sara but they could still see us and figure out where to go.

"Gabby, why are you staring at me like that?" I asked

"Cause your hot " she said and did the tongue flick thing and we started laughing. I reached for her hand slowly intertwining our fingers, and she smiled back at me.

"Where are we going for real Hayes!" Gabby said.

"You'll see soon enough" I winked.

I heard a loud noise in the backround, and I automatically knew what it was

Fans.

They had found us. And we're screamed "HABBY HABBY HABBY" And started chasing us. I looked straight at her. She was getting really shaky and nervous.

Gabby has really bad anxiety. Anxiety is really hard to explain when you don't have it, at least that's what she said.(that's what she said 😏) it's like "drowning while everyone else around you is still breathing" is how it's described most often. a lot of people suffer from anxiety and is a serious mental illness that should be taken seriously at all costs.

Last time we got mobbed, is when Bart got ahold of all of us. And I wasn't gonna let anything happen to her.
