Find the true in love

I was walking the halls of Ben high school. When I heard someone call my name "Amy,Amy". I turned around to see my best friend April waving to me. I stopped in my tracks and she came running over to me. We were walking to our lockers while she talked about her text she got from Chad, April loves chad she's been obsessed with him since middle school.

When we got to our lockers we started to get our books for our classes. When the super popular jock Nick comes over and gives me a smile that would melt any girl. I gave him a glare then he said " I like the ones that are hard to get". I grunted and rolled my eyes. He has short brown hair with blue eyes and was wearing our high school football team jersey.

Then April and I went our separate ways to homeroom. I was sitting in homeroom looking out the window it looked like it was going to rain, I thought to myself. I was lost in my thoughts that I didn't realize that there was someone new sitting next to me. It was a boy but I never seen him before, he was probably new. He had long black silky hair and his bangs where covering his rich black eyes. He was wearing an anime t-shirt with dark blue jeans on. When I saw his shirt and tried not to scream from excitement from his shirt. I love anime so much but don't tell people so they don't look at me like a freak for liking something that was weird.

I didn't realize that I was staring at him. He was waving his hand in front of my face then I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Hey are you okay?" He asked me

"Oh I'm fine but I never seen you before".

"I'm new" he said in a bright smile.

"Oh where are you from"I asked

"California" he told me

"That's cool, What your name" I asked

"I'm Jacob and you are" he told me

"I'm Amy nice to meet you" I said to him and gave him a smile.

Then he showed me his schedule we had some classes together but not all of them.We talked until the bell ranged.

We walked to our first class that was history. We walked in and everyone was staring at us. He walked in and introduced himself to the teacher. Everyone in class looked at him and went back talking. I walked and sat down by the window and Jacob sat by me.

Nick comes over and sits behind me. He leans in and say "who's that your new boyfriend what happened to me". I laughed " in your dreams nick, that I would date you, and no he's not my boyfriend" I told him. He looked at me then took out his binder and was writing something. I turned my head to see the teacher taking out the supplies for class. I looked at the time it was only 8:30, today's going to be a long day I thought to myself.
