Personality: Ivan is a business man. He is the male who doesn't take shit from anyone and rarely gives shit back. His main emotion is stern and stoic, never laughing or smiling unless a person causes him to do so. It's not that he hates to show anything outside of his work demeanor, he just takes his work a little too seriously. Besides, when you are more than a writer, it can be dangerous in the world.

Though Ivan can be a solid brute of a male, he has his cracks that can surface. If you're good enough, you might make him chuckle or open up about himself. But you have to be very skilled at doing so. He's sort of like a sour patch kid. He's mistaken to be a total ass when you first meet him, but is really understanding on the inside.

Pros/Strengths: Ivan has been told his best strength is his physical strength. Due to his daily workout, he can lift a fair amount of weight and carries a well built stamina withing his body. Aside from the following, he is also really skilled at writing, whether it be for a book or for a movie.

Cons/Weaknesses: His biggest weakness is display of emotion. Ivan can be monotone with his delivery, making some people who get bad news or who hang out with him think he's an emotionless monster. But he's not. That's just how he is sometimes.

Likes: Ivan really loves going to the bar. Drinking helps him to relax, and it is one of the only hobbies where his raw nature comes out, for better or worse. He also likes writing, sight seeing, brainstorming ideas, keeping everyone in check, reading, talking to executives and being alone.

Dislikes: Ivan despises when someone tries to stand up to him. He just hates the idea that someone on the same level or lower level then him could try and take him down. So if someone has a power trip around him, chances are you won't be seeing that person again. Furthermore, he doesn't like liars, idiots, Joe, controversy, dirty places, slacking and sometimes other bosses.
