"Who are you?"said young eijiro sternly.Tomura Shigaraki grabbed him as eijiro tried to defend himself.That dosen stop Tomura though,he goes to throwing him on the ground and tying his arms and legs together,picking him up,and dropping him off at the base where izuku Midoriya was.
Izuku was still terrified and panicked but he though to himself'he looks scared too'.Izuku was a kid that wanted to make everyone happy,so was eijiro."Who are you?"Asked the freckled boy as eijiro responded with"I'm eijiro kirishima how about you?""I-I'm izuku Midoriya"responded izuku
Eijiro and Izuku would start to talk and slowly become friends as the minutes went by.

Shoto Todoroki was 5 at the time and receiving
Harsh training from his father endeavor. Shoto had a deep hatred for his fire power, which he got from Endeavor, as it symbolized his father's wickedness towards him and his mother as well as what he was born to be, a tool to surpass All Might, a fate that he detests.
Just like eijiro:Shoto does have a quirk.His quirk gives him the ability to produce fire from his left side and ice from his right side.He favors his ice side mostly because he rejects his father.
At a very young age shoto was trained and abused,to the point of throwing up in training from over working himself.His mother on the other hand was being mentally abused by her husband endeavor.So much that she goes to pour boiling water on shotos left eye leaving a scar.
After this incident his mother Rei was sent off to a mental hospital.Resulting in his older sister Fuyumi to take over the part of being a mother to Shoto and his other siblings.
He was tired of the training and abuse so little Shoto decided to run away from home: he packed up some clothes and a few stuffed animals in a little bag (including a All Might plushie) and just left.Shoto went as far from home as possible,ending up in a alleyway nearby the LOV base.He put his bag down and tried to not be seen by citizens walking around the area,in fear that they would send him back home.
Few hours pass
Tomura Shigaraki walks down the alleyway and noticed a little boy just sitting there not doing anything.He went down to shotos level and said"what are you doing here""I ran away from home"said young Shoto.
