Chapter 3

                                                      "The Academy"

Neji's pov

The next few weeks pass by, Lucy and I really hang out a lot, and that's good. Now, here we are training in one of the training grounds. Gai-sensei is teaching her the basics and she perfected it easily, she is pretty strong.

"So Lucy, I want you to concentrate and manipulate your chakra, can you do that?"

"I think, Gai-sensei," she said and flashed Guy-sensei a smile, a heart-warming smile.

She sat there, her face shows pure concentration, then something odd happened.

Lucy's pov

I tried manipulating it but it's hard, I opened my eyes to see that I'm about 50 feet off the ground???!!!:0

"AHHHHH!!!!"

"Just calm down, Lucy. Try to go down!!" Tenten yelled.

"I don't know how!!"

"Concentrate and go down," Guy-sensei said calmly.

So I tried to concentrate and suddenly I was falling. I escaped a scream. But before I could hit the ground, someone caught me. I opened my eyes to see a blushing Neji.

"I guess, I have to speak to Hokage-sama. Tenten, do you mind shopping with Lucy?" Guy-sensei asked.

"Of course not Guy-sensei,"

"Fine then, I'll take my leave," Guy-sensei disappeared with a 'POOF'

"Let's go, shopping!!!" Tenten squeled.

This is the start of the torture!!!! But I guess I could get some ne clothes because I've been wearing the same thing. You think that I don't wash it?! Ofcourse I do, every day! Ugh...--___--""

Guy's pov

I talked about what I discovered about Lucy. When she floated, she was covered by a light that is mixed colors, there we're black, blue, red, etc. It was like.....youthful.

"Very strange, Guy. But I guess we can figure it out in the right time," The Hokage assured.

"Any way, she's really good. And I hope, you can turn her to genin?" I aksed cause I want her to join the team.

"I can't do that, she has to graduate in the Academy. So call her and the rest of your team, they will escort her tomorrow or so," Hokage-sama ordered, and I followed it, soon, Lucy in a new cute outfit and some shopping bags came in with the rest of the team. She looks really youthful, she's wearing a youthful top that is white and sleeveless, and a vest that is checkered, a hat that is also checkered, and a youthful skirt that is also checkered, oh! And with a high knee length socks and red shoes.

"You look gorgeous! So Youthful!!" I yelled as I do a pose.

"Youthful indeed!!" Lee agrees.

After complementing Lucy, we turned our attention in Hokage-sama. He looked sad, though.

"I don't want to ruin such a good team but, Lucy McKenzie, you will attend the Academy to becom a genin," Hokage-sama explained.

"THE ACADEMY?!?!?!" I was suprised at their answer but I guess their more suprise of the news even Neji was shocked.

"Yes, I enrolled you already and your attending their class Tomorrow," The Hokage-sama has to make it worse.

"TOMORROW?!?!"

"And by the time she graduates, she will be put in a differwnt team," Oh, Hokage-sama, not youthful at all.

"ANOTHER TEAM?!?!?" They yelled and just stand there silently.

"Why yes,"

Hmm --____--"......The team is so depressed now. Unyouthful at all. Good thing Lucy said,

"It's okay, we can see each other any time we like sooo....don't be depressed," She laughs then.

I can see Neji smile sincerily. Interesting. Neji showed some feelings. Tsk, I can feel love in the air.
