Unnoticed until noticed

My breathe stopped when I saw what it said. It said I'M COMING FOR YOU VENA AND TELL RANGER I SAID HI.

I didn't know what to think or do or say. I looked around the cafeteria if I could find someone suspicious but everybody was minding their own business. I tried to calm down but the more I try the more freaked out I got.
"I need some fresh air" I said to myself. I run out of the cafeteria and went to the bathroom. I was shocked at the sight in front of me. The bathroom wall were filled photographs of me sitting in a black van, talking to Ranger and other pictures no one should see. I started ripping them off when the bathroom door swinged open.

"Are you okay? Are you sick?" It was Jaiden. I didn't answer. Then he looked at my hand and the wall.

"What's all this and who's this guy?" he asked pointing at Ranger.

"Ummm.....umm..... I'll tell you another time but I need you to help me take all this pictures down please?"

"But- "

"Please no more questions. I promise I'll tell you later. Now please help me get this down." He did as I asked.

After we were done I asked him if he could cover the classes we had together and he was okay with it so I got my bag from my locker and went home. While I was driving home I was trying to figure out who it could be. But nothing seems to make sense I mean I don't talk to much students except Jaiden and no one even notice me. I'm like the invisible but not totally invisible kind of student if that make sense. I parked my car inside my garage and hurried inside.

  You're probably confused about what happened at school so here is what it is. I am a member of a gang and I go by the name VENA and Ray goes by the name Ranger but he like Ranger better so that's what I call him. Me and Ranger are the most important members apart from the Big Guy, he's our boss. We decide almost every thing and knows all the gang secrets. Me and Ranger did some bad s**t, like kill and stuff. We have killed a lots of bad guys and most of the time their family or friends thought about revenge but every time we're ready for this kind of stuff plus no one knows our true identity.

   I was in my office still thinking of what I should do. I decided to call Ranger. I took out my burner phone out of my clothet and called Ranger but he wasn't picking up. I called about 6 or 7 times but he still didn't pick up. Then I decided to go to his work place, he work in a bookstore near by. I got to the bookstore then I went to the cashiers place but it wasn't Larry, there was a new guy.
"Where is Larry?" I asked. Larry was the cashier here.

"I don't know who that is I'm new,"

"Do you know Ray?" I asked hoping he knows him.

"Yes, he left about 15 minutes a go,"

"Okay thank you," I was about to leave when he asked "Are you Joy?"

"Yes, why?"

"Someone told me to give this to you or ray," he handed me a folded paper. I unfolded the paper and there was a phone number written on it. I thanked the new cashier again and went out. I dialed the phone number written on the paper

"Hey Vena I knew you would call" the person on the other side said. I couldn't figure out the voice because they were using voice changer.

"Where's he?"

"He's with me and don't worry I'll take good care of him......HAHAHAHAHA"

"Hello.....Hello....Hello" he ended the call. I went to Rangers apartment and knocked at the door but no one answered. Then I remembered I could go and ask the cashier what the guy that gave him the note looked like. I entered the bookstore and went to the cashier but instead of the new guy it was Larry who was sitting at the cashiers place. I hurried to Larry and asked

"Where is the new cashier?"

"Hey Joy and what new cashier?"

"The one that was hear about 15 minutes ago,"

"No one was here 15 minutes ago, I was rapping a book for a guy since Ray didn't come today,"

"So you're saying no one was here 15 minutes ago not even you and Ray didn't come to work today?"

"Yes. Is something wrong?" He asked worried.
