It's a beautiful day, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping. The warmth is just enough while the wind blows to awaken my soul.
It's a special day. Today, I get to marry my best friend who has been with me all these years. We've been through a lot and I can't wait to be his wife.
I sat on my bed as I look through my window thinking how lucky I am to have found a man that will love me and accept me for all that I am.
I heard a knock. It was one of my best girls and Maid of Honor, Courtney. "Good morning, babe! Ready to get married today?" She asked as she tries to contain her tears. Courtney is very emotional and has been emotional since the engagement. "You bet, babe! Where's Liv and Sarah?" Olivia is Courtney's co-Maid of Honor and another one of my best girls.
They were my wedding runners. They helped me get things done. Everything that needs to be done in relation to me and the groom, Courtney handled. Style wise on both the Wedding and the Reception was Olivia's task and Sarah, since she's married to Claudio and have gone through this, she has been overseeing and just help Courtney and Olivia to get things done and if they're doing it right and so far it has been a dream team. Mari became my trainer so I stay healthy both physically amd mentally while Boze kept me pampered so I don't become a bridezilla. A small entourage but definitely the best kind.
"Running around for the finishing touches and making sure everything is perfect." Courtney replied with a smile. I got ready and a few moments later, everyone is here for the photoshoot and then it's wedding time. I pose here and there with my girls but it's mostly just me.
Then I handed my gift for my soon-to-be-husband to Courtney while his best man brought me his gift to me.

Here's a simple token of love. I know you'll love anything so I got you this necklace with a heart locket. I know you'll never forget but at least everytime you open it, you'll see that I love you, forever and always. <3
It's a simple gold necklace with a heart locket. I opened it and saw that our initials were engraved in it along with the date today and the quote "forever and always". I immediately wore it and continued with our photoshoot till it's time to wear my dress. The girls helped me and it was so beautiful.

A few more minutes later, the wedding is about to start and I instantly got nervous while I stand behind the door.

It's my wedding today! I can' t wait to see her. I bet she'll be as beautiful as she always did. I was already in the shower when my best man knocked and got in the room. "You ready, man?" He said through the bathroom door. I got out of the shower and immediately dried myself. "As ready as I'll ever be."
