I rush up to him. He's lying on the floor, barely conscious, blood trickling from his mouth. I didn't know racism and cancer did that.
"Here, Harry, drink this, please." I crack open a Pepsi and help him drink it. He takes it in feverishly like Pedialyte after a night of regret. He seems to perk up a bit, and his complexion regains color. He coughs.
"Oy, I love all people no matter what their race is luv." Oh my god, it worked! Kendall was a genius! But I tried my best to keep my excitement down because I knew the cancer wasn't gone yet. He suddenly goes limp again.
"NO! WAIT! HARRY!"
"Hm? Yes luv." He perks back up.
"Eat this." I hand him a rolled corn tortilla chip. He takes it in his hand and looks at it.
"What the bloody hell is this mate?" He pushes it away.
"Shh. Chili lime flavored." Reluctantly, he chews on it. Nothing happens.
*THUD*
Harry falls unconscious! I scream! What do I do?!!! It was supposed to work! It was supposed to cure his cancer! In my panic, my vision blurs. I'm not sure what to do.
But then, he stirs. His eyes flutter open. He gasps.
"Luv, Caro. Where am I?" He sits up and rubs his head.
"Harry... do you... do you feel any different?" He feels around his body, and in a moment of realization:
"Caro! The cancer is gone! You saved me! How did you do it?'
"With help from none other than Kendall Jenner, Harry. She's a gem. Now, let's get you to a more comfortable place to rest up." I am about to help him to his feet when he stops me.
"Caro, my luv. You are not like the other girls. You light up my life like a 10 inch fresnel." He smiles his magical smile again. I can't help but smile back. We kiss.
This is love.
