Shuichi Saihara woke up just to see Kokichi trying to clean up a light brown coloured liquid on the ground. Kokichi slept with Shuichi last night and NO! They didn't do anything bad! Anyways the blue haired male looked at the purple haired male. "Kokichi, what is that and how did that come about?" Shuichi asked his boyfriend. "Well ShuShu! It came from my mouth and it's vomit!" Kokichi replied. Shuichi's eyes widened. "Are you alright?! I know that you've been feeling sick for the past few weeks too! Sh-Should I take you to a doctor maybe?!" Shuichi started to panic. "Relax Shuichi! I'm sure everything shall be fi— OW! WHAT THE HELL?!" Kokichi clutched his stomach as he felt a sharp pain run through him. "N-Ngh...Sh-Shuichi!" Shuichi knelt down beside Kokichi. "What happened my love?!" Shuichi said quickly. "Cramps...In...My...Stomach!" Kokichi muttered before groaning. The Detective looked at the Supreme Leader with a very worried look. "K-Kokichi...I'm taking you to a doctor! And I know we have a day off and you wanted to spend it with me in my dorm but I have to take you!" Kokichi just nodded in response before getting off the ground slowly and standing up.

Soon later the couple arrived at the doctors after walking for about ten minutes. Kokichi grabbed Shuichi's hand. "ShuShu...I'm worried! What if I've something terribly wrong with me and I'll have to leave you?!" Shuichi sighed. "Look my love, I shall make sure you won't leave me!" Suddenly a doctor called for Kokichi. "Well...Wish me luck Shuichi!" Kokichi smiled slightly before going off to a room.

A while later...

Kokichi exited the room, he appeared to be crying. Shuichi ran up to him. "M-My love?! What's wrong?!" Shuichi said quickly. Kokichi took Shuichi's hand and placed it on his stomach. The Detective looked confused. "Kokichi...?" Kokichi wiped his tears with his free hand. "We made something together Saihara..." Shuichi still was confused. "Made what?" The Supreme Leader chuckled lightly. "A baby Saihara! A baby!" Shuichi's eyes widened. "Y-You're pregnant?! With my baby?!" Kokichi nodded in response. "H-How far along are you?!" The blue haired male asked. "Nearly two months! I don't know if you can notice but I've a small bump!" Kokichi replied. Shuichi rubbed his boyfriend's stomach, feeling the small bump. His face suddenly lit up with delight. "You're right...There is!"

Another while later...

Soon the couple returned back to the school and to Shuichi's dorm. "Shuichi baby~" Kokichi cooed, placing a hand on his stomach. The Detective looked at the smaller male. "Is everything alright my love? What do you need?" Kokichi smirked. "I'm veeery hungry! Can you make me something?" Shuichi hesitated for a while. "Can't you ask Kirumi?" The smaller male shook his head. "She doesn't know that I'm eating for two and that I need a large meal!" Shuichi then sighed. "Alright, I'll go and make you something to eat. Come with me to the cafeteria so you can choose what you want!" Kokichi grabbed Shuichi's hand and began walking to the cafeteria. "So Shuichi, are you exciteeed?" The smaller male asked. Shuichi nodded and smiled. "I'm very excited! I can't believe I'm going to be a—" Kokichi suddenly covered Shuichi's mouth and looked at the person passing them. "Ew the cum dumpster!" Kokichi said a bit too loudly. Miu laughed. "Tch! Can't say much yourself bastard! Also, why did ya cover Saihara's mouth? Ya keeping secrets or something? Whatcha gonna be? Hmmmm?" Miu didn't seem convinced. "Is it just me or did the panta bastard put on weight?" She pointed to Kokichi's stomach. "Wait...Shuichi said he couldn't believe that he was gonna be a something but then Kokichi covered his mouth...You two had sex a few weeks ago and somehow Kokichi put on weight...This all adds up to something! HEY EVERYONE! THE ULTIMATE SUPREME LEADER IS PREGNANT!"

Shuichi gasped. "THE HELL MIU?! HOW CAN YOU ASSUME SOMETHING LIKE THAT!?!" Miu smirked. "It's obvious dumbass! Didn't I say my points earlier?" Kokichi glared at Miu. "You can shove them points up your tight fucking vagina!" Suddenly Kaito appeared. "No waaaay! Damn Ouma, who knew that you were a bigger whore than Iruma? Getting pregnant at sixteen!" Kaito laughed. "Still, at least you're not a virgin!" Kokichi just walked away from them, shedding a few tears.
