Did you miss me?

Percy's POV
Of course.Of course it isn't over , it just keeps happening war after war can they not just wait a century or two between them?Apparently lord Tartarus actually loved mother grass face so he's now declaring war. I'm currently in a meeting of all the cabin leaders and Chiron listening to my amazing girlfriend coming up with battle strategies.Who knew that someone could be so beautiful when describing how to kill monsters?She's even more beautiful in the middle of battle, the look on her face as she slashes with her dagger,the way her ... "PERCY"

Oh shit "Yes Annabeth ?"I said as sweetly as I could.

"Did you listen to anything I just said ?"she asked tiredly.

"Em ... yes?"

"Percy do you not realize that we're about to enter into a war with a primordial that we know almost nothing about!"Annabeth basically shouted at me.

"Sorry Annabeth,"

"No I'm sorry I'm just really stressed"she replied remorsefully while pinching the bridge of the nose. "I just wish there was some way to know more about Tartarus, it's hard to come up with battle strategies when you barely know who you're fighting"

"I know Wise girl"I said soothingly while walking over to touch her shoulder comfortingly.Still rubbing her shoulder I turned to Chiron "Are you sure you have no information that might help us?" Chiron turned to look at the grass outside leaving a big white horse butt in my face, well isn't that just great? "There might be someone who can help us ,an old camper, but we can't trust her, she's a murderer and a traitor to the gods,"Chiron finally answered still turned away.

"It doesn't matter what she's done if there's a chance she can help us in this war we have to take it."I said calmly even though on the inside I was burning with questions about this mysterious "she".

"Where do we find her?"Annabeth said from behind me.

"She is imprisoned in Tartarus for her crimes if you want to see her you will have to go ask the gods yourselves"

"I really need to convince Apollo to put better music in these elevator " Annabeth said unexpectedly after an entire trip in silence.

"I know right"I answered.After my reply we settled into a comfortable silence , patiently waiting for the elevator to get to the 600th floor.When the elevator dinged we quickly stepped out and were shocked to find the twelve Olympians.Of course Annabeth immediately steps forward and says "Excuse us lord Zues we've come here to find Maya Hall, we think she can help us in the war against Tartarus"

"Are you sure she can help?"Zues replied, "She is a very dangerous criminal and I would not set her free lightly".

"Chiron told us that she has information about Tartarus that could help us defeat him," Annabeth responded.

"I don't think we should even consider setting her free, even if she has information why would she tell us? Have you all forgotten how she betrayed us all?"Athena said seriously.

"That's a risk we're gonna have to take if we want even a small chance of getting a one up on Tartarus"I replied quickly.

"Very well,"Zues said "We shall set her free under very close surveillance".Zues snapped his fingers and Hades appeared before him.

"You called,"Hades said in a bored tone.

"Hades I need you to release Maya Hall"

"Very well,"Hades said before vanishing only to reappear in a few seconds later. "It is done, she should reappear somewhere important to her or somewhere she's thought of a lot"were the first words out of Hades'  mouth after reappearing.The second words were "Am I done now?"

"You're free to go".Zues barely had the time to get the words out of his mouth before Hades was gone.

"Where do we go now?" I asked Annabeth.

"I don't know we should probably look for her at camp Chiron did say she used to be a camper"Annabeth answered thoughtfully.

"Good idea daughter"Athena said, "We should go quickly I don't trust her to be alone for too long".Athena and the other gods jumped off their thrones ,shrinking to human size in the process, before transporting us to Camp Half-Blood.

We spent about 20 minutes in all searching for this "Maya Hall" before we realized she wasn't there. Athena then had the idea of searching  the throne because it was the place of her banishment.The gods transported us back to the throne room  nearly all of them in bad moods by now except for Demeter who kept rambling about cereal or something.I noticed her as soon as we arrived in the throne room.She was sitting on an antique wooden chair he had noticed in the corner of the room, she had her head bowed in her lap with her raven black hair covering her face.Her hair looked like she cut it herself based on the jaggedness and differences in length.Her hands were resting on the armchair I couldn't help but notice how sickly pale her skin was and how her nails were filed like claws.

"Oh hello,"I heard her say, her voice gave me goosebumps though I couldn't explain why.Finally she raised her head and looked at us, she smiled as she saw us all gathered in front of her.Her smile chilled me even more than her voice , it was the smile of a predator who'd just discovered their prey.She cocked her head and I could tell she was about to speak again "Did you miss me ?".
