Miles Away

Me: No! Wait, What! A number... Wonder who's the girl?

Tomorrow **
*School *

As I walk towards school I saw Amber at the gate waiting for me and Wilson. Then she looked at me and waved.

Amber: good morning Josh, I see you got a pretty sleep last night.
Me: (yawning) yeah, yeah (yawning) morning Amber.
I look around our surrounding and I did see Wilson, and the girls are gone as well.
Me: hey Amber, no girls today? Where's Wilson?
Amber: I don't know, I was waiting here for you guys.
Me: probably still in bed after that date they have with James.
Amber: yeah your right, come on let's go.
So me and Amber went inside our school, then we saw Wilson and James holding hands and still group of girls admiring there affection with Wilson and James being together.
Then Wilson saw us.
Wilson: Guys!
Wilson hold James hand and walked towards us.
Me: hey hey so glad to see you.
Amber: yeah, I mean even though you showed all that your gay they still admire you.
Wilson : of course amber sweetie.
I was looking at James and I shake his hand.
Me: hey James, take care of this guy okay.
Amber: you better be of else.
James: chill out guys I'm in love with Wilson promise.
Amber: good.
Then the school bell ring,
Amber: we have get to class
Me, Wilson and james: yeah.
Then we all went to our class.

Classroom*
As the teacher was talking about volcanoes I didnt pay attention to it. I was looking at the window seeing other couples with there number on there arms. Then I felt someone poking me, and it was Amber.
Amber: hey Josh you better listen if you don't wanna fail.
Me: oh--.. Right..
Then I looked at my arm the number changed and it was 5. My eyes was so shook and I was speechless.
How can this be? I don't have a crush on someone and now this number showed up, this isn't how it works. Then the teacher called out my name "Mr. Joshua!"
I was confused at that time.
Teacher : can you please tell me what's the difference between magma and lava?
I wasn't able to speech even though the question was easy but I was mental block. Then Amber rolled a paper and gave it to me. It was the answer of our teacher's question.
Me: Magma is composed of molten rock and is stored in the Earth's crust. Lava is magma that reaches the surface of our planet through a volcano vent.
Teacher: good. Take your set.
I sat down and stared at my table and remained silent.

Lunch break**

Me and Amber are going to the cafeteria to meet up with Wilson and James.
Amber : hey Josh? You feeling good today?
Me: hmm - - yeah I'm magma is from the earth's crust.
Amber: okay, but I wasn't asking about the magma..
Me: you didn't oh... What was your question again?
Amber : are you okay?
Me: yeah... I'm always okay.
Amber: you look so sick.
Me : hehe hey look it's them.
We both went to the table where Wilson and James reserved for us.
Minutes past*
Amber: I'll get some soda, you want guys?
James : I want
Wilson :me too
Me still silent.
Amber : Josh?
Me: hmm...? Oh sure.
Then amber went to the vending machine.
While waiting, Wilson and James was to close and kept on touching each other and they smooched in fornt of me.
Me: really guys.? In school?
Wilson: oh Joshy, don't be such a bitter.
James: sorry bro.
Me: it's cool, just be strong for each other okay guys?
Them: sure.
Then they continue to smooch.
Then I was looking at my arm then the number changed again 4. But I looked around but no girl was looking at there arms. The amber with our sodas she went towards us and gave us our drinks.
Amber: hey Josh you've been acting weird. What's wrong?
Wilson : yeah, you never acted this way before.
I continued to search but Nothing. Then I ignored it.
Me: just... Got pump on the test during the math class.
Amber: you sure?
Me :yeah.

*bell ring*
School over***

We four went to burger King to eat some snack
After an hour Wilson and James went home ahead.
Which it was only me and Amber left.
Amber: wanna study the volcano for tomorrow's test?
Me: sure
At least it would keep me away from this problem I have.
As we studied and practiced some sheets we got tired. And Amber fall asleep.
I cleaned up the table and I tried to wake up Amber but she didn't wake up but continued sleeping. So I carry her at my back as I walked towards her house.
It was raining so hard that I need to hurry as I ring the bell Amber's father opened it and he welcomed me and insisted me to come in so I went in and put Amber to bed. I dry my self off with a towel I was shirt less in Amber's room. Then her parents went in and gave me a sleeping bag to sleep I thanked them and they went off. As I looked at my arms the number was insane it went on and off I was pissed so I put a masking tape on it so that I won't worry about that problem anymore.
I lay down on the sleeping bag I was in Amber's room sleeping and being shirt less. Then Amber dropped her hand besides me and she whispered in a sleep.
Amber: Josh please hold my hand.
I look at Amber and I saw her face full of problems like mine, and at that time I needed a hug so I sat on Amber's bed and pulled her in to my lap and I played her hair.
And I said
Me: you better sleep now smart pants I still need your help on tomorrow's test.

*Tomorrow *
Me: thank you so much Mr. And Mrs. Adison for letting me stay and eat here.
Mr. Adison: no worries son, anything for my daughter's true friend.
Mrs. Adison: and it's the least we can do after what you did last night, bring our daughter home safely.
Me: no problem Mrs. Adison.
Amber: Mom dad we have to go now, love you guys. Bye.
Me: see you later guys.
Them: take care.
Then we went off, while me and Amber walked we continued our review on the test. Then we met Wilson and James at the but stop and they joined our review for the test.

But I didn't minded my arm on that day but it still bothered me because it was so not right because that's not how it's supposed to work. But if I will find that girl I will accept her and love her.
