"I'm sorry that the operation was taking longer than we expected but the patient is fine now you can come and visit him tomorrow."

"That's my job."the doctor smile at him before walk away.
The next day Taehyung come to visit Jungkook. The younger was sitting on his bed with the doctor and nurse checking up on him.
When they left Jungkook notice the older present but he doesn't look at Taehyung.
"Baby are you okay?" Taehyung voice sounded so worried, it's like he care and for a second Jungkook almost run to his arm and cry.
Almost.
'Baby' oh how much he wanted to hear all those sweet pet names. But now hearing it only hurt him further.
"I'm fine." That's all Jungkook say, his eyes was on the window, looking outside.
"Kook, baby can we talk?"
"There's nothing to talk about. Or if you wanna break up and go back to him then there's the door, leave." Jungkook voice was emotionless. It's not that he doesn't love the older anymore but he's too fed up with everything, with how ignorant Taehyung was and he knew if he wasn't almost die, there's no way Taehyung gonna care. He will continue missing him and never gonna give a damn about him.
"No!I-I just wanted to say sorry. Sorry about everything c-can we started over?Please?"
The sentence making Jungkook chuckle bitterly.
Starting all over after he decided to give up? After his heart is already broken beyond repair?
"Sorry?Why now Taehyung?Why after four years?Is it because I almost die ,because you're guilty?If that so then it's okay. I'm used to it by now."
"Kook I-"
"Leave!"
"But..."
"Just leave Taehyung."
"Okay but I'll comeback tomorrow baby."
After Taehyung left Jungkook broke down, everything was so much for him to handle.
Jungkook knows, he knows he can't just run back into the older's arms no matter how much he wanted to. He can't. He's lost his self worth once. He can't do that again.
He's been loving Taehyung way too long. Too long that he forgot that he, himself also need love. A love that Taehyung never gave him any.
And since the older doesn't seem to want his love. It's about time he start loving his broken self.

After that day Taehyung keep visiting him with flowers and different kind of gift for the younger, he kept apologizing over and over.
It's been two weeks now since Jungkook was hospitalized and Taehyung barely left the younger side.
But if you think everything went back to normal it's absolutely wrong.
This time Taehyung was the one to seek for Jungkook's attention, the younger barely talk to him.
Today as usual Taehyung come to visit Jungkook in the morning. But when he open the door he saw no one. The bathroom door was also widely opened.
And Taehyung started to panicked.
"Mrs.Choi where is Jungkook?"Taehyung asked the nurse that always check up on the smaller male.
"Oh Jungkook left one hour ago."
And Taehyung could feel his leg went weak.
"H-he left?"
"Yes, today Jungkook is able to go home since he's is fine by now."
Taehyung rush back to his and Jungkook apartment after giving the nurse a small thank you.
When he arrived he ran to their room but saw no one there but a small paper that lay on the bed.

Congratulations that you don't have to deal with me anymore.Up till now I never understand why you asked me to be your boyfriend if you never acted like one. You still love him and not me but I never thought of give up,thinking one day you'll stop loving him and fall for me,that maybe just maybe you'll change.But it's been four years and nothing really changed. The day of my birthday you didn't remember but rather celebrate it when it's his birthday,how do you think I feel Tae?I'm not a replacement. And Taehyung broke down, crying helplessly. Because of his stupidness making him lost someone that was so important to him. He lost Jungkook and he doesn't know if he ever be able to meet him again.
Maybe not. Maybe that's what he deserves for hurting such precious soul. But even though he knows he doesn't deserve a chance. His selfishness still want to have Jungkook in his arms again.
