"No," I whisper, covering my ears. "Leave me alone." The deep mechanical laughter morphed into something I had never heard from these killer demons. Words.
"No one wants to be alone," the animatronic rabbit growls sweetly, showing sharp teeth stained red from previous security guards. His face is pressed up against the window of the little office I had hunkered down in. The lights flicker, and the chicken is in the other window.
"Come play with us," she says, grinning. "We promise not to bloody you up too much". I close my eyes and start sobbing uncontrollably. Just then, the power shuts down, leaving the doors open and me vulnerable.
"Oh, God," I choke out. Then, the bear is on me. I scream. But it is my first and last scream.
"Let's play," the bear snarls. His glowing eyes are the last thing I see before the blackness takes over.
