Prosecution

Hello again~ 2 updates in a day then 1 year of nothing here we go! Unless tonight I have a sudden burst and apparently its 3 updates in a day then 1 year of nothing. Don't be so disappointed though, after all, these ideas aren't that good anyways. :p

Title can be changed though I'm actually quite fond of this one, as the story was built from the title not the other way around.

So! For those who do not know, prosecution means "The process of trying to prove in court that somebody is guilty of a crime" (Oxford Dictionary). Basically my idea for it is, obviously surrounding law! Specifically, I want someone to make a fic about the relationship between a criminal and a defense attorney (the one who defends the person who is blamed for the crime). 

"Why don't you write this yourself?" Some of you may be asking. Because I'm horrible with writing, have you not seen my word vomit in the ideas? Come on mate, think of it. A long ass story with not so bad plot but lines like "And honestly if I were him I would've stabbed his eyes out, no joke." "I see." "You see but he wouldn't be able to when I'm done with him" and "He saw how she walked, and he fell. As in, he fell in love.... and he fell literally. Mate, look at the road not the hottie."

So what I imagine is, the criminal is actually the person who does the crime, but they don't wanna get caught. So they act innocent and shit. They fool the defense attorney and flirt and like- make use of their sympathy. "I'm wrongly blamed and I don't have the money or voice to help myself. Save me please uwu." So defense attorney fell for this person because plot needs stupidity to progress sometimes. Defense attorney genuinely believes that criminal isn't a criminal. Sooner or later, the criminal's crime began to be proven and he is sent to jail, but defense attorney was like "nah man, it's not my boio" and tries to get criminal out of jail. He tries to like get the case re-done or something (i don't know im not a law student I'm a biology student) and like- apparently he got it right or something. And then criminal makes another crime, because criminal doesn't love defense attorney. And then this time he gets caught and defense attorney is betrayed. 

Now from here you can either make it so that defense attorney moves on but is scarred and hardened for life or something, or a longer approach and make it so that criminal finally realises they're asshole material (if you make it gay this can mean more than one thing, but i'm only suggesting not demanding). So then after like 2 years ish and the defense attorney, now hardened was like "i dont want to see you anymore" and they live like 2-3 years apart. Then criminal gets blamed for something he didn't actually do and then reaches out for defense attorney again because they helped him last time, they can do it again. Especially because this time criminal is genuinely innocent. So then like with persuasion (now this persuasion can be anything you want ;3) the defense attorney agree and then they solve the case, faith renewed, criminal realises that they're in love with defense attorney. I will stop the story here because I don't want to spoil any readers of anyone who would actually like to write my ideas. But if he confesses or not, if it's accepted or not, that's your choice.
