"Thomas, wake up." i heard my older brother, Kaiden yell to my from my bedroom doorway. I groaned and pulled the pillow over my head. I wanted nothing to do with my older brother. "Thomas, you piece of shit, get the fuck up!" he screamed, ripping the blanket off of me with one swift movement. He tugged at my ankles, causing me to fall off of the end of my bed. I whined in pain, but he ignored it. "You have 10 minutes, if you're not downstair in 10 minutes, I'm telling dad you skipped school." and with that, he left my room, slamming the door shut behind him.
I slowly lifted myself to my feet, rubbing my palm on my eyes as i tried to wake myself up. I looked over at the clock and realized it was 6;25am. 'shit' i thought to myself as i rushed to my closet, picking out something to wear. i quickly pulled on a black fitted Of Mice & Men shirt and black, very tight, skinny jeans. I went into the bathroom and wet my hair, fixing it into its usual swoopy style. After i brushed my teeth, i pulled a light grey beanie on and tugged on my dark blue convers. Today was monday, and i wanted to just go back to sleep. "Okay Thomas, that's 10 minutes, i'm texting dad!" Kaiden yelled up the stairs. Biting my lip, i grabbed my bookbag and swiftly made my way down the stairs. "i'm ready, okay?" i looked up at Kaiden. He was genuinly taller, and probably more handsome than me, i wouldnt doubt that. "Good, lets go."

We pulled into the school parking lot. Kiaden gave me the usual speach "Don't let anybody take your lunch money, i work hard for that shit." he gave me a nudge as we entered the school. He walked off to be with his friends, leaving me all alone. The hallways are always crouded before 1st hour, so it's a hassle to get to my locker. I usually try to stay unnoticed, quiet, and kept to myself. I don't like hen people stare. "Hey munchkin" I looked over as i heard my best friend Andria's voice. She is so beautiful, funny, and doesn't give a shit what people say or think. I wish i was here to be completely honest. "Hi" i mumble in a low voice, giving her a slight grin. "what's up your butt today?" she giggled and poked my face. "eh, the usual." she nodded, letting out a quiet sigh. "yeah, i know what you mean." i looked over at her, "monday, the day of hell." i said quietly, as i walked into my first hour class.
