Kyungen is pronounced: Kyung-un. The "e" is a "u" sound. Also, the "g" is part of Kyung, not Gen. Thanks!

(Okay, 2 years older authornim here. This was stupid, I shouldn't have named this character Kyungen. More like "Gyeong-uen", but this is MY NAME. It's my korean name and I don't know why I named this character after it but I was dumb so please don't insult the name but just ignore my stupidness...)

Seokjin's POV

Taking one last look at myself in the mirror, damn I am really handsome. Taehyung wishes he could have my amazing lips and hair. However, my thoughts were disturbed when I heard the front door open.

Shit. Oh well, I took the lint off my shirt and looked down at the outfit the maids picked out for me.

A white blouse tucked into a pair of black pants that were really tight, and it showed off every curve on my legs which made me a little insecure. And a simple blue jean jacket on top to finish the top. This looks like a regular daily outfit I would wear, weren't we supposed to be formal? Why is Kyungen wearing such a nice dress? It didn't matter.

And there, I was ready to greet the jerk who's gonna marry my sister for the first time. 

Narrator's POV

Soyeon opened the grand front doors to be greeted by Kim Jaemin and his wife, Seokyun. After bowing to each other and shaking hands, she invited them inside the mansion, and took them to the living room. Awaiting them was Kyungen and Yoonseong. 

"Hello and welcome to the Kim mansion" Yoonseong said cheerfully shaking everyone's hand. "You have a lovely home" Kim Taehyung said who was standing behind his mother. "Wow Taehyung, you're more handsome in person!" Soyeon exclaimed as she hugged him. 

"This is Kyungen, you soon to be bride." The mother showed Taehyung her daughter and the young male kissed her hand, making her flustered. "Oh wait until you're alone to do that!" Soyeon giggled. 

But Taehyung wasn't paying attention to Kyungen or Soyeon, he was more focused on the fact that someone wasn't present at that moment. "Excuse me Yoonseong, is Kyungen an only child?" He asked politely letting go of Kyungen's hand. 

"Oh, where is that damn kid? I-I mean, Seokjin where are you, please greet the guests." The father responded when he saw Seokjin exit his room. Walking down the stairs like a princess, Jin was both irritated and annoyed by his father, but he hid well with a faint fake smile. The young adult bowed to the Kim parents and totally ignored Taehyung who held his hand out for a hand shake. 

Suddenly Yoonseong took Seokyun and Jaemin down their spacious hallway saying nothing but compliments about their looks. Kyungen and her mother went to the bathroom so they could fix the younger's makeup. That left Jin and Taehyung in the living room, both could practically feel the awkward tension. Taehyung decided to be the one to get up, and walk over to the older. 

Stretching out his hand, he politely introduced himself, "Hello, I'm Taehyung." Seokjin just scoffed and shook his hand. Rude, Taehyung thought. 

Two can play this game. And smirked as the blonde-haired thought of an evil idea.

"I'm Seokjin." Jin responded letting go of the other's hand.

"Never heard of you." Taehyung smiled after saying that. He can be annoyed all he wants but that's what Seokjin gets for acting cocky.

And as much as Jin wants to laugh and scoff and roll his eyes, that hurt. A lot. It's a sensitive topic in his mind. No one's ever heard of Kim Seokjin because Kim Kyungen never says anything about him. She's the perfect, talented famous, favorite child and he was no one. Nobody knew he existed, his acting got him no where because no one would believe he was Kyungen's sister. Seokjin was and will forever be the disappointment in the family, and it's a fact. 

Seeing that Taehyung, a man he met two minutes ago, could say that so casually with hesitation broke his self confidence. And even if he tackled and argued it wouldn't make a difference, what Taehyung said was true, no one's ever heard of him. 

Snapping back to reality, he just stood there staring at Taehyung's eyes, lost in his thoughts. Finally, he walked away from the taller male, pushing the other's shoulder in the process. Jin wasn't as angry and pissed, but more sad. So all he could say back to Taehyung was 

"No one does." And just continued to walk towards the staircase. Taehyung isn't dumb, although might think he is. He knew what he said was mean, but he didn't think it would make Jin as upset as it did. Tae didn't know that was such a big issue in Jin's heart, and he could tell he made the other really sad. Guilt ate him slowly and he was trying to think of ways to apologize and stop him from retreating back to his room. If Taehyung's mom found out what Tae said to Seokjin, he'd be in a lot of trouble. "Seokjin wait-wait I didn't mean that."

Jin stopped walking and thought for a second. Who does this man think he is? You do not say that to someone you just met. 

Why am I getting so upset over one comment?

Tae started to panic, this is not the way he wanted to make a first impression on his soon to be brother in law. "Seokjin it was ... it was a joke." He tried to apologize but that just made Jin more mad. The older swiftly turned around and looked Taehyung straight in the eye.

"You know what Kim Taehyung? You're just like what people call you. You're a heartless, spoiled, jerky, asshole. You need to grow up and start treating people nicely. Have some respect for your soon-to-be family!"

And with that he turned and left a dumb-founded Kim Taehyung at the bottom of the stairwell. After he locked his door, he grabbed his phone from the bed and dialed Jungkook's number

...

Jungkook?

Why are you calling me? I'm at Jimin's house.

Jungkook I-

Lemme guess. Did Taehyung get you pregnant already? HHAAHAAHAHA

Not funny you pabo. He's just as mean as the news say.

What?

He's so cocky and said that he never heard of me and UGH! HE'S SO ANNOYING!

Alright well I'm sorry to hear that. Hey, I need to continue my overwatch game.

Okay thanks for being SOOOO helpful and comforting.

Sometimes I swear I want to kill Jungkook. That brat has no respect for anyone. Aish, dumb rich kids are all the same.

"Kim Seokjin come downstairs this instant, dinner's ready!" He heard his mother call him again.

Wow, can't wait to meet Satan himself yet again
