The Night That Changed Everything

Chapter 2

Adrien POV
As soon as that bell rang, I ran out of the classroom and was about to head out the doors of the school till Chloe came right up behind me.

"Heyyyy Adrikins!!" She said with some goo goo eyes. I love Chloe but some times she's a bit too much.

"Hi Chloe."
"Whatcha doing today?"
"Nothing...."
"Well then you can come with me. Daddykins se-"
"Actually, I forgot that I had a photo shoot. Bye Chloe."
She looked stunned that I blew her off, but my main priority is seeing Marinette.

Then I got stopped again. Nino.

"Hey Bro. Whatcha doing today?"
"Photo shoot."
"Oh ok. Free later?"
"Maybe tomorrow."
Thankfully my limo pulled up and I said my goodbyes and drove home.

I raced to my room, thankful for no afternoon plans today.
"Oo I like this new side of you. Lying, sneaking, and more! Maybe this new you can give me some of that tasty oozy Camembert?"

Oh Plagg.
"Nice try. Later. I'm not fond of myself doing this but I just need to see my Princess. I'm worried. It not like her to miss school."
"Maybe she's sick."
"Idk."
"Plagg, Claws Out!"
I felt the transformation flood over my body, and replaced my clothes with the leather suit, my alter-ego. I jump out my window and run along my normal path to the balcony of the bluenette.

Once I got there I knocked on the trap door. I don't usually but I concerned.
I knocked again. Nothing.
Then I decided to let myself in.
I look around the all to familiar room and spot the bed that we....

I look around shaking my head of myself. Then I spotted the door to the bathroom closed with the light on. Then hurling and crying.

I ran to the bathroom and opened the door to find Marinette on the floor near the toilet. I raced to her side and held her hair and soothed her and rubbed circles on her back. When she finished she sat up and looked at me.

"Ch-chat.-"
I grabbed a cloth and wiped her chin and placed my gloves finger on her plump lips.
"It's ok I got you."
She embraced me and I returned the hug and we sat there for a while till she looked up at me with one of those wonderful smiles.

We walked back into her room and sat on her chaise.
"So princess, it's been a while. How've you been?"

"Well good till this morning. Horrible day of repeats of what you just saw. And it's been lonely."
"I'm sorry for yelling at you last time.-"
"It's ok Marinette, no need to apologize for anything. I'm the jerk."

I look around the room and flashbacks come back from that night and before came back.

2 Months Ago
Marinette's POV
Another day. School. Adrien.....
Just the usual. I have just got out of school and was working on a design. A dress to be precise.
'Oo if I put the lace there, and then the ribbon-'
I was interrupted in my train of thought by a knock on my trap window.
Who is that?!! How can anyone get up there? Unless there Spider-Man or something.
I got my hand bat in my hand and unlocked my window, and slowly opened the window and walked what ever was in the way.

I opened my squeezed eyes to a black alley cat sprawled among the ground with his hands wound across his head.
'Whoops'

"I am sooo sorry!" I said as I quickly helped Chat Noir.
"It's fine."
"No it's not. Here come inside!"
I said as I quickly pulled him inside my room and sat him among my chaise.
"I'll be back."
"Ok."
I raced to my bathroom and open my cabinet in search for the First Aid kit and ran back in the room.

When I came back I found Chat Noir staining at my pictures of..... Adrien!! Oh shoot!!! No!

I ran in front of him and covered his view of the pictures.
"It's not what it looks like!"
"Their just designs! Yea totally designs."
"You sure?"
"Positive."
"Then what's the hearts-"
"Designs."
"Come on." I pulled him to the chaise and open the kit and started to treat his cut that he suddenly developed when I 'accidentally' hit him.

He hissed as I put ointment on his cut and it made me stifle a giggle.
"What?"
"Nothing..."
I finished it up and gave a smile. "There."
"So why did you come here Chat Noir?"
"Can't a Chat in shining armor visit his princess?"
"You mean my Chat in shining leather?"
He smirked and leaned in close to where it felt his hot breath.
"My?"
My cheeks reddened and I looked away.
"Shut up you mangy chat."
"Me-ouch, princess."

I got up and sat at my desk and continued my design. But then I felt a presence lean over me and hot breath brush my skin.

"Whatcha working on?"
"A d-design." I said as I covered my book from his view.
"Aw I want to see."
"Nope."
Then he tried leaning to get the book. Nope buddy not gonna happen today. We kept going back and forth and somehow Chats foot got stuck in the chair and which made him trip and making me fall with him.

We became a tangled mess on the floor. Good thing my parents aren't home.
After impact we both looked and I was on top of him. Oh my gosh....
I stared into those emerald eyes that literally absorbed me.
Then realizing that I'm still sprawled across him and quickly rushed off of him with flushed cheeks.
"Sorry...sorry!"
"No I'm the one who caused this." He said while scratching the his nape.

We got caught in each other's eyes and didn't realize it till we heard a beeping sensation. His miraculous.

"Until next time my princess." He said and kissed the back of my hand and jumped out my trap door.

I stood at my window and watched as the black figure danced across the rooftops, turning into a black speck.

Wait why do I feel like this?
I like Adrien. Not Chat.
Right?...
