Episode 4

Sadie's snoring has kept Courtney awake all night. The girl sounded like a vacuum cleaner, and after the Awake-A-Thon, they were all exhausted.

Chef grumbled as the contestants piled one by one in front of him. Serving them the muck he'd made this morning. Most of them didn't reply as he gave them their slop but Owen never doubted to grin at him. Chef didn't know why the big guy bothered him so much, but everything he did seemed to annoy the poor man.

Chris raises his arms into the air. 'Welcome campers, to your third challenge!' He smiled.

'What now?' Courtney asked, folding her arms in annoyance.

'Hush.' Chris told her. 'Today you'll be performing a Talent Contest for Chef Hatchet!'

At his name Chef grumbled.

'You'll need three acts, and he'll give you a score out of ten, the team who scores the highest out of thirty wins! You have two hours to decide on who you want to perform.'

The campers nodded and the teams made their way off to their points. The Gophers decided to stay outside the cabins whilst the Bass made their stay on the beach.

Heather gathered her team in front of her. 'Okay, so we need three acts. I will be one, doing ballet.'

'Why do you get to perform?' LeShawna asked. 'Why not someone else?'

Heather sighed, glaring daggers at her. 'Do you want to perform then?'

'Actually I can rap.' LeShawna grinned.

Heather pulled away, frowning. 'That's not talent! Anyone else?'

'What do you mean not a talent?' LeShawna asked.

Heather shook her head. 'We need acts that can make us win!'

LeShawna got up as she stalked over to Heather, the two getting dangerously close.

Heather was about to open her mouth when Trent jumped in between them. 'Hey, maybe I could be the third act?'

'What do you do?' Gwen asked.

'I play the guitar.' He told them.

'Oh... Nice.' A small smile spread on Gwen's face before she quickly frowned and turned away.

'Whatever.' Eva rolled her eyes, getting up and heading back to the cabin. 'We got our three acts.'

Heather rolled her eyes in her confessional. 'Great now our team is screwed. Like I'm sure Trent is fine, but LeShawna's rapping is going to be awful!'
