Day 3

Haizaki's POV

I sat on one of the steps near River Bank waiting for Y/N I stared at River Bank I've been here a lot with Kidou sometimes he would come with Gouenji here or Endou.I've came here with Asuto and Nosaka once only since the soccer field was no option.But I had no idea why I wanted to see her.I wanted to show her somewhere special but I seriously don't got any other place that I only go to.Well except the hospital.

"Um..sir?"I hear a small voice I wake up from my thoughts and see a young girl with a few tears in the corner of her eyes.

"Yes."I answer coldly.She points at a tree I sigh and look to see Y/N climbing the tree.And there is a soccer ball stuck on the top of the tree her hand nearly reaching it.

'Oh dang!What should I do?Ugh where is Kidou when I need him,'I thought panicking in my mind.

"She's going to fall!"The young girl screamed covering her eyes.I look up in the tree Y/N had the ball in her hands and it looked like she was going to slip and fall.

'She's going to fall!What do I-I know I should catch her.Great Idea Haizaki.'I thought to myself.

I held my arms out to catch her I closed my eyes since it might hurt.I got ready to catch her.I heard a shout I couldn't tell if it was of joy or terror.

'Gosh why does this happen to me and not Hiroto!'I thought as I scrunched my eyes closed.

I felt a tap on my shoulder I jolted it really scared me.

"Um...Haizaki?How long are you planning to act like your catching something?"I heard Y/N ask I looked at her she was standing next to me.

I blushed from embarrassment and looked away with a small 'Tch'.

"Thank you miss for getting my ball!"The young girl said spinning around.

"No problem.Take care of it next time okay?"Y/N crouched down petting her head gently.

"Okay!"The girl nodded before running off.

"Yeah I'm still here you know."Haizaki said leaning on the tree.

"Oh sorry I got carried away."Y/N apologised as she stood next to me my cheeks burning up.

'What's happening?What the heck did Hiroto do to me this time?'I thought gritting my teeth.

"Are you okay?"Y/N asked the back of her hand on my forehead.

"Y-yes w-what gave y-you that idea?"I stuttered-

"Your red and heating up.And you were saying things to yourself."She said worried.

"I'm okay."I said coldly.She shrugged as she sat down on the floor leaning on the tree.

"Oh Haizaki can I ask you something?"She asked out of the blue.I nodded.

"Why were you at the hospital last night?"She asks worried.

"You were spying on me."I said raising an eye brow.She laughed shaking her hands in front of my face.

"No.No.No.I just happened to see you there."She said laughing nervously.

"Well if you must know I went to visit a childhood friend.Her name is Akane she has been in the hospital because of the ares program."I said looking down.

"Oh I heard about it from Asuto."She said placing a hand on my shoulder.

'That asuto!Can he keep his mouth shut!'I thought planning a revenge on Asuto.

"Okay?"She said I said it out loud.

"I know lets go get some ice cream!"She grinned standing on her feet.
