"Welcome to Pallydale P.S. you will love it here. Everyone is very friendly.., you'll see! I'm for now you'll have to sit beside this guy named Cole, he's a nice guy, but truth be told he can be annoying. Don't worry though we are changing desks soon." My new teacher told me as we made our way to the classroom.
We moved here a week ago as soon as the renovation for our house was done. Why were we in a hurry? Well because they had a good high school in this area. My parents have high expectations for me...
"Tiffany, here we are! This is you new classroom for the rest of the year. You came at a good time. We are just starting the second term." My teacher, Mr. Millden said.

"Tiffany this is Kristen, Kristen, Christina, Stacy, and Winnie. Everyone this is Tiffany." Mr. Millden said.
"Hi!" They all greeted me with smiles on their face.
I said back timidly "Hi."
"My name is Kristen but because there's two Kristens I'm usually called Krissy..." One girl started.
She was really tall and I started to zone out as the girls started chattering and giggling around me. From an instant I knew that they were a group of popular girls. I knew I wouldn't belong with them.
I'm not the tallest, not the prettiest, not the cutest, not the sportiest, not the most boyish, not the girliest, and definitely not the skinniest. I was somewhere in between. I found out however that I was definitely one if the smartest.
Other than that however, I didn't know what to be
