I hate running!

Bake: hey there this is a Bake'n'Cake fanfiction. i do not own HunterXhunter, cause if i did i would be Gon's best friend.

Cake: get on with your story! and don't ruin your poor readers sis.

Bake: .....just be quiet!

*****Maki POV*******

Saki and I were running away from a very mean and angry Dog. The reason is simple the owner hates us, we were just eating our sandwiches while walking by his house. The mean man decided to send his dog after us. Unfortunately he was gaining on us, and we were running out out of space to run. A cliff that was near our home was growing nearer. So we tossed what was left of our sandwiches at the dog, who stopped to eat them. But we tripped over a exposed tree root and off the cliff, falling and screaming. I saw Saki hit her head and she blacked out. then she vanished. "Saki!" I cried, looking for her. until I hit my head. And everything was going black.

"Maki... Wake up!" Saki whisper/shouts. "Saki what happened?" I groan sitting up. "I don't know. But I just wanted to wake you up." Saki smiles. I smile back. I notice something different about Saki, so I look at her again. She was wearing white baggy shorts that almost reached her knees, a brown short sleeve hoodie, with kitty buttons, a long sleeve under it with white and gray stripes. Her shoes were blue boots with black tips. Her hair was a short spikey golden/brown color. And she wore a strange yellow/orange hat on her head. (looks in cover pic) Plus she looks animated. "Saki you look animated, you know that?" I tell her, and she looks at me. "You do too." She replies. I look at myself. I was wearing black spandex shorts that almost reached my knees, a pink tank top that was a bit long and opened near the bottom, it had a cute swirl at the top, and a black long sleeve under it. On my feet were light purple socks that went past my ankles, and pink shoes with a white tip. I felt my hair to find it was the same as Saki's hair but mine was a violet/dark color. I look at Saki again to see her looking at her clothes as well. I then saw something I missed when I was looking at what she was wearing. She had a brown leather collar around her neck. I touched my neck to find that it had a ribbon tied around it. "Hey what color is this ribbon?" I ask Saki. She looks at me and to my ribbon. "It's red." She answers. "Oh." was all I say. I look at where we are to see a tunnel filling with people. "This reminds me of the show HunterXhunter. Do you think.." Saki trails off. "I hope so!" I sqeal. We got up and ran to the green guy. "Oh you are awake? Here are your badges." He says as he hands them to us. "Thanks!" We say at the same time. Our numbers 1 and 2. I got 1 and Saki got 2. "Awww man we have a long wait ahead of us." Saki groans. "It's fine as long as we stay together." I whisper loud enough for only her to hear. My reason was Hisoka was on the wall over to our right. "You two look thirsty can i interest you in a drink?" Tonpa asks us. "Um no thanks." Saki says. "Sorry I'm not thirsty at the moment. But thanks for the offer." I say politely turning down his offer. "Oh ok. If you need a drink just come and find me." Tonpa smiled and left. We walked to the wall at the front and rested up. When the guy came in and talked I didn't listen. When we started walking I looked at the walls. I was really bored and kinda hungry. Then the running started. "I. Hate. Running!" I yell annoyed with having to run again after running off a cliff being chased by a dog.  After that I somehow managed to run the whole way. We stayed near the front, until I tripped. I acted on instinct and placed my hands on the floor and pushed off it, doing a cartwheel. But we fell back a bit, and were right next to Gon and his friends! "Hey you that's cheating!" Leorio shouts at Killua. "No it's not. The examiner just said to keep up with him." Gon said. "Who's side are you on?" Leorio yells. "No ones." Came Gons reply. "Hey how old are you?" Killua asks Gon. "Twelve." Gon smiles. Killua turns to Saki and I. "And you two?" He asks us. "Twelve as well." Saki answers for me. "I guess I'll run as well then." Killua says as he does a trick as he gets off his board. "Wow that's so cool!" Gon says. "I hate running!" I shout to Saki. "I know you've only said it four times." She smiled at me. "Oh your the girl who yelled I hate running at the begining." Kurapika says. "Yes that was me. and- oh my god stairs!" I yell when i see the stairs. "Uh Maki we already knew that." Saki says loud enough for me  to hear. "Oh yeah right." I grin sheepishly. "I wish we were at the top." I groaned and took a breath. "yeah." Saki agrees. Then we trip, and fall. but instead of landing on stairs we landed on grass. "Uhh?" Saki looks at me. "We never speak of this again." I say. our reason is that I ended up on my face. "Sure thing sis." Saki giggles. "That was hilarious." I hear Killua laugh. "Sorry It was really funny." Gon laughs as well. "Huh! When did you get here?" Saki points at them. "Just before you two did." They smile. "We didn't get your names." I say standing up. "I'm Gon!" "Killua." They introduce themselves. "I'm Maki." I say while giving them a peace sign. "And I'm Saki." Saki gives a closed eye smile. "Are you two twins?" Gon asks. "Yes we are." Saki Grins. "I'm the oldest, by eighteen minutes." I smirk.  "It doesn't matter. Looks like more running though." Saki frowns. "I. Hate. Running!!" I shout.
