Hi y'all. Here's some quarantine life advice for those who can't go outside at all. Dance.

Yup that's it.

Listen, you're going to sweat like a pig. Smell like frog. You're limbs may or may not give out, depending on your metabolism and stamina. But you're going to feel OMOSOME.

TRUST. ME.

Okay, seriously though, I highly recommend it. I've been dancing for atleast 1 or more hours for the last couple days. And I love it duddettes! (assuming I have no male readers, but if you're out there, hmu;))

It's fun and you don't have to care about people looking at you. If you're body concious, (first of all, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL HONEY STAHP BEING HARSH ON YOURSELF, YOU IS A Q.U.E.E.N.) don't look at the mirror while dancing. I say this simply because if it stops you from feeling yourself and vibing while you're dancing, there's no point.

Feel the music, you don't have to be a professional dancer, just do it so that you can enjoy yourself and feel HAPPY. It's therapeutic in a lot of ways: You get your daily cardio, you get to listen to your favourite music while you're at it and there's a magic in letting go❤️

Anywayss! I hope all of us are doing healthy and fine. Eat good food, drink water, wash your hands (I feel like this has become redundant now but okay safety safety!).
