Baekhyun's silence and continuous staring out the window causes Junmyeon to slam his book in front of Baekhyun's face.

"Could you at least act a bit interested? It's for your final assignment and you choose this topic yourself," Junmyeon starts nagging and slowly follows Baekhyun's gaze.

Junmyeon lets out a scoff when he sees the reason for Baekhyun's absentminded actions for the past hour, "Just go. If you keep on staring, I'll probably send her some of the embarrassing shit you sent me when you got drunk almost every weekend during freshman year."

Baekhyun snaps and stares at Junmyeon with fear lingering in his eyes. Junmyeon laughs and hands the younger a carton of strawberry milk.

"She pretty much only drinks this every time she comes to class, just don't make too much of a fool of yourself," Junmyeon says and Baekhyun forces out a huff.

"I've known you for years, you have always failed to not be awkward. Now just go."

And with that, Baekhyun shoved his belongings into his backpack and ran out of the building.

When Baekhyun got to being 10 meters away from his crush, he suddenly becomes stuck in place. He slowly backs a bit and sits down the nearby bench. His back against the bench and relaxed shoulders, he looks at her with a calm expression. It was the same when he went to the beach with Chanyeol and Sehun after a very frustrating exam. 

He was filled with some sense of calmness and all he feels like do is sit and stare.

Baekhyun's staring makes him almost unaware of the situation around him. Not even when a familiar sigh greets him.

"Junmyeon was right. You've really gotten out of your mind huh," Jongdae sighs and he readjusts his backpack.

Jongdae proceeds to wave his right hand in front of Baekhyun's face, which proves successful as the love-struck puppy turns to finally look at his best friend.

"I thought you were gonna give that to her," Jongdae questions, pointing towards he strawberry milk Baekhyun's holding.

Baekhyun just brushes of Jongdae's question and returns to look back at his crush. The corner of his lips slowly rises as he sees his crush laughing.

"Pretty..." Baekhyun utters softly but not soft enough that Jongdae is able to catch it.

Jongdae lets out a deep sigh and shakes his head. He looks up the building and sees Junmyeon also shaking his head as their friend continues to be a 'creep'.

Junmyeon signals something to Jongdae and Jongdae lets out a giggle. Jongdae calls out Baekhyun's crush, making her look at the Jongdae and Baekhyun with a curious look.

Baekhyun slaps Jongdae's arm when he makes eye contact with his crush, "What are you doing? You crazy??"

Jongdae ignores Baekhyun's child-like tantrum and screams to Baekhyun's crush, "Baekhyun has something for you!"

The statement makes Baekhyun look at his crush and she laughs the moment she looks at Baekhyun. 

Baekhyun couldn't help but smile. His crush is looking at him with a smile. 

He's the reason she's happy. He's happy with that.

Nearby the window, Junmyeon silently whispers to himself and laughs, "He's a real crazy idiot..."
