Memories (Miya Osamu x Reader)

Chapter 5

2nd Person Point of View

You randomly scribbled behind your notebook as your teacher was discussing. You weren't really paying attention because you were distracted by random thoughts concerning Miya Osamu.

A few days had already passed since that last conversation you had with Osamu and you're still finding the right timing for it.

Club finding already passed and since then he looked busy. You heard he joined the volleyball club and has been busy after school for their club practice.

Too bad you joined (Favorite Subject) club so you wouldn't be with Osamu.

'Practicing early this year?' You thought to yourself.

Well, Inarizaki is a national's favorite so it's no surprise that they are determined on practicing. Even though you still can't help but feel disappointed.

The bell has finally rung for lunch break and you got to your usual place with Kini and Aimi to eat.

"Math is stressful" Kini groaned with stomping loudly.

"I can help you study math if you want" Aimi suggested which brightened up Kini's face.

"Really!?" She exclaimed excitingly and hugged Aimi. "You're a goddess!"

You chuckled at your two friends. You were glad that they were getting along well.

You felt thirsty and excused yourself to your friends to go get a drink from the drink machine.

"Sure! We'll be at the usual spot" Kini said. She also mumbled something which you didn't hear since you were already making your way to the machine.

You scanned the machine looking for (Favorite Drink) but you can't seem to find it. You once looked for your favorite drink until someone spoke.

"Oi what's taking so long?" A black haired boy looked at you annoyed.

Wait.. isn't he from the volleyball club..?

Before you could talk another boy followed behind him. "Suna-kun, be patient you're scaring the girl" He scolded the second year.

He looks like a foreign student. You knew that both of them is from the volleyball club.

"Sorry, I'll make it quick" You bowed at them and scanned the machine quickly then you finally saw your favorite drink. It was in the highest part of the dispenser so that must've been why you didn't see it sooner.

You inserted a coin and once your drink dropped you took it. You looked at the two students and apologized once again.
