Way to Sick for School

you wake up from a night of tossing and turning just to be hit by a wave of pure torture

your stomach clenches, your mouth waters, you feel something making its way up from the pit of your stomach, a feeling you're all too familiar with

you get up out of bed and run to your bathroom, you barely make it to the toilet as a mess of dinner, and random things you ingested the night before come making its way up from your stomach and into the toilet

for a good 10 minuets you sit there hurling your stomach contents out, cursing and praying that the pain and vomit will end soon, after a bit you start to feel a bit better, the pain isnt as bad and you can semi see straight

"Maybe i just got food poisoning" you think outloud, all while getting ready for school, you hear you D.D.D. go off and notice you're late to breakfast, which at this point giving your food to beel might be your best bet

you finish getting ready for the day, nausea taking back over slowly but you just shrug it out of your mind the best you can, and make your way to the dining hall to meet up with the brothers, as you walk in everyone cant help but comment on how late you are and you just appoligise, a bit goes by and you cant bring yourself to eat

"But Mammon, im hungry" Beel says trying to get his food from him

"Here Beel, you can have mine" you say as you hand your plate to him recieving a very happy thank you from him

"MC, you didnt eat?" Lucifer asks questioning

"Ah, yeah got a few things i gotta get done at school, so ill just grab something there" you say as you excuse yourself from the table, feeling the all to familiar sense building up once again, this time you quickly bid farewell and make your way to the school hoping the urge to vomit will decrease with a walk

you make your way into RAD and find the nearest bathroom, its still quite early so not a lot of people would be here this early, you look in the mirror and see how awful you are looking, yikes, you hear the door open and quickly try to present yourself but then you see its *F/N= Friends name* F/N, one of the other humans who came here with you besides solomon

"Well you look like absolute shit" She says (im using she because well yall are in a girls bathroom soo if you really wanna change it feel free) 

"Oh Thanks, just totally looking for the lets look like death role here" you try to chuckle back "I think its just food poisoning, no big deal"

"MC, this doesnt remind me of you and food poisoning...it reminds me of---" you cut her off

"Nope, its definintly food poisoning, only thing it could be" you look back and see the concern in her eyes and sigh

"Listen, its been a year.....its not coming back....it cant..." you say hesitantly

"If it lasts longer than a day we are going back to the human world and i will force you if i have to" she says glaring at you

you sigh, you know you're defeated so you nod in response and try to push through the very long anticipated day at RAD

~Time Skip~

A few hours pass and you're nearing the end of the day, youve had to be excused from class a few different times, but no one really said too much, just the occasional quizzingly looks coming from the brothers, when you left without overly too much of a word

At last your last class is done and you can finally head home

"Hey MC!" you hear F/N running up behind you

"How are you doing?"

you smile and tell her you're doing alright

"Well Simeon, Solomon, and luke are heading to the house of lamentation tonight, i was just gonna stay in purgatory hall, but maybe i could come hang out like we used to?" she says quite hopeful

"of course! i miss our hang outs and gossip sessions" you exclaim and hug her, remembering the nasuea, "but hey i gotta get back before Lucifer notices im late, see you soon!"

you make it home, suprisingly earlier than most of the brothers, which you take this time to take a shower and put on some comfy clothes, you think about what F/N said and wonder if it could be a possibility, you shake the thought out of your head when you hear a knock on the door

"Come in!" you say as the door opens, It's lucifer

"Hey, whats up?" you say trying to act as normal as possible

"Are you ok? you didnt eat this morning and my brothers said you skipped lunch" he looks at you more converned than angry

"Ah yeah im ok, i was working on something in the library and just lost track of time" which isnt exactly untrue because you were researching something

"hm alright, just dont let it happen again, also Simeon and the others are coming over tonight, will you be joining us?"

"hm maybe for a bit, but f/n is coming as well and i havent spent a lot of time with her since we left the human realm, but well def hang out for a bit"

This earns a smile from the eldest "Ill be looking forward to that" he bids his farewell and you shut your door trying to get rid of the intense rush of nausea

this is going to be a long night
