I was cooking breakfast for me and the boys when Toni walked through the doors.
"Woah, breakfast smells good." Fangs said walking in shirtless.
"Imogen, have you seen the newspaper?" Toni asked.
"Nope." I said she handed me a newspaper with the headlines "One blossom dead another sleeping with Snakes after being beaten by parents." I read pissed.
"Fuck," I said.
"Alice Cooper hates us," Toni said as I finished cooking.
"I told Betty but I didn't expect her to tell her parents. The Blossoms and the Coopers can't stand each other." I said.
"Yeah, she didn't look happy last night." Sweet Pea said.
"I know. I walked away from her after she had the audacity to call you a drug dealer." I said. We ate breakfast and then I got dressed for school.
"I'll see you guys later," I said before leaving. I walked to school. I walked into the lounge and plopped down on the couch next to Veronica.
"Morning people I can tolerate," I said.
"I feel honored," Archie said teasing me.
"Imogen Blossom report to the Principal's office. Imogen Blossom to the Principal's office." Came over the speaker.
"I'll see you guys in a bit," I said standing up. I walked to the Principal's office.
"Ms. Blossom this is Jake Adams from child protection services." Mr. Weatherbee said.
"Imogen we're worried about you after the article was published in the Riverdale Register. We just need to know if you're okay and if it's true." Jake said.
"I'm okay and it's true. These are the bruises." I said pulling my hood down to reveal the bruises.
"The article mentioned you being kicked out. Due to your age and your situation we need to place you in foster care." Jake said.
"Fine. If you can find a family that doesn't mind me dating a Serpent I'll agree and move in with them." I said.
"We can do that. Can I take your number to contact you?" Jake asked. I wrote my number down and handed it to him.
"You're free to go Ms. Blossom." Mr. Weatherbee said. I walked back into the student lounge.
"Everything okay?" Veronica asked.
"I'm now in foster care because of that darn article," I said as Betty looked at me.
"I'm sorry. I didn't think my Mom would write about it in the newspaper," Betty said.
"What's the two things she hates most? Blossoms and Serpents." I said.
"Let's talk about something else," Archie suggested. I nodded.
