Chapter 1

I was running. Running far away. I could see a bright blue glowing portal that I was running away from. I was completely lost. An endless forest full of trees that all looked the same. When I turned around I could see mist float above the tree crowns. Where was I?
All I could remember was running. Running away from something. Or running towards something? It seemed like a dream at first, but when I tried to get up and felt the stinging pain in my head, I knew it was real, and hissed in pain. The fog above me was floating like ghosts, this deep forest had seemed to swallow me down.
How did I get there? When did I get here?

Why was I laying on the floor, in a white ghost like dress?
Every direction I turned my head to, seemed to look exactly the same. Every tree , the same. Panic struck through my paralised body, as I started shaking uncontrollably. My breath became heavy and I pulled myself up by a tree. Almost tumbling, I tried running in some direction , but my heeled boots didnt allow me to run, and I tripped over a root. My ellbows and knees had started bleeding, and my strenght was below the limit. As the pain struck me I couldn't help but sob, with the hope that someone could hear me.

But it was far too late. Suddely I felt someone grab my arm. I gasped out of shock and looked behind myself. It was a young man. Bright hair, a face fairer than marble, dark eyes. "Goodnight lady, what lead you into this forest at this time of night?"
"Who are you?" I asked the man looking up at his face.
"I am Hwanwoong." He answered having a slight smile rise up on his face."Oh I am __ nice to meet you" I said shily as I looked at him.
"Now why are you here all by yourself, in this beautiful dress? Your knees, oh no! What happened?"

"I don't know, I don't know" I whispered quietly as I could feel the panic coming back and my chest was rising faster . My eyes became watery, my throat tightened and I started shaking once again. "Calm down I'm sure we will find out. Don't worry." He laid his cold hand on my bare back, I twitched a bit at the cold, and looked at his eyes.
"I 'm so confused!" I whispered and buried my head in my palms and started crying quietly.
"Why did I have to come here? I do not even know how I got here, what if I die here. "

I looked up to him, who seemed to be quite worried.
"Do not worry, I'll take you with me, just follow me."
I tried getting up, but failed because my knees and elbows had started burning like fire. I hissed at the pain and closed my eyes. I didn't like to show my weakness, not to anyone, not when I cried. I always turned away when I thought I was too vulnerable. "I'll back you up, alright. Reach out for me." Surprised by his strength I felt him lifting my arms onto his sholders. Slowly he walked further into the forest. He walked slowly but it seemed all too fast.

His steps were large, because he was tall. Way taller than me. He was humming a melody. I looked at his face, which had a relaxed expression rise onto it. What was he thinking? Why was he taking me with himself? The melody he was humming was slow calming. A melody that seemed familiar, but at the same time so foreign. The long grass tickeled on my naked feet, as he carried me through the field. In the distance I could see a building rise up behind the trees. It looked like a quite large villa complex to exact.
Was it there where he was taking me? I was frightened when he sped up his pace. What was he planning to do?
