The Secret Within Me (COMPLETE)

It's the first day of school, and I have nothing to where! I want to look impressive so everyone will think I had a great summer.

I looked in my closet one more time when I finally decided to wear tang top with strips, my jeans and flip- flops. I turn around and see that it is 7:30 am.

I'm going to be late!!! I grab my bag and run out of the door and luckily caught the bus. I walk back and take a seat next to my best friend Elsa and my other friends Regina, and Anna were right behind us. We talked about our classes and hopes for sophomore year. Anna is stoked and can't wait to get there, but Regina is completely disappointed that summer is over and we have to go to school. However, Elsa and I are just stoked for the winter season.

After 2 more stops we finally pull in front of the large high school. We hop off the bus and get our locker number and schedule at the front from Mrs. Liggt, the vice principal. "Her scratchy voice is like nails down a black board. She needs to retire!," said Regina. We all giggled, then Anna pitched in, "did you see how shaky her hands were?" "Ya, it's like she was in an earthquake," smirked Elsa imitating her arm. We all laugh as Elsa and i head to our lockers. "Their right next to each other lucky us!" I said, as Elsa is trying to figure out the code.

Inside my locker, it was so bare. I call Elsa over and say "it won't look this good for much longer, enjoy the view." She laughed. I asked where her 1st period was and she said that she had chem. I frowned, "i have algebra." She laughed, i gave a look and she stopped. She took my paper and compared it with hers and then she smiled, "We have lunch together, and all the periods after that together too."

I leave to get to my first class cause i want to make sure nobody took my seat which is always the last seat in the back row closest to the door. I walk in to see 5 other kids in the room. Luckily none of them were in my seat so i sat down. I opened up my book called "Into the Woods" it was really good. I only got though 1 page till i heard a familiar voice i look to my left and see Belle. We were lab partners last year. We talked about our summer until Mr. Gold started teaching.

During his introduction Belle wishers that she thinks he is so cute. I give her a look, cause he was like 28, and she was only 15. I didn't want to make her upset so i just whispered back, "totally."

The next 3 periods were a blur. But thankfully it was lunch time. I haven't eaten since yesterday and i was starving. I sat down at a table and Elsa, Regina, and Anna sat down next to me. We talked about our classes and new teachers, when the jocks walked in. They were all so glamorous but i have to say the captain is the best looking. I wonder who he is, i have never seen him before but i'm glad i did now. I looked down to see that my hands had a little sparks flying out, so i hid them in my pockets. Why was this happening, i have had it under control since last year. In bewilderment, i left saying i had to get food but really was going to the nurse.

I walk in and take a seat on the bench not seeing Ms. Blue. I scan the room and see her coming out of the closest. She was putting away more band aids. She was the only person at this school who knew about my powers. She is a friend of my moms and she also has magic, so she can guide me. She came over and asked, "whats up Emma?" I looked up and told her what happened with my hands. She also was confused why it happened but to me to think about home.

I did I suddenly stopped being scared and was clam. She smiled, i thanked her and went back to lunch.

When i got there everything was the same as when i left except that there was no food left. I finished my food while we all discussed our summer. Then suddenly Kristoff, Anna's boyfriend, comes over with Seven, his best friend. They sit down Kristoff next to Anna and Seven across the way. "Where were you guys?" Says Regina. "Helping Mr. Whale, unpack all the science supplies," Seven snorts, as he stuffs his burger in his mouth.

After lunch i go to my last couple of classes and talk to Elsa in all of them. When school ends i get on the bus and sit with my gals. I decided that it was a pretty good first day impression.
