A Pentatonix One-Shot

________________________________________________________________

3rd Person POV

It was a dark and silent night in Los Angeles, California.

All the kids were sleeping, all the cars were parked, even already traffic quieted down.

But in a house in Glendale, LA, lived Scott Hoying, a famous singer-songwriter and a part  of an a capella group named Pentatonix.

On that specific night, he invited his band mates to a sleepover at his house, for them to hang out and relax, just the five of them.

"So, I ordered pizza and it just arrived... but what do ya'll wanna do?" Scott asked them and sat down on the couch, next to Matt.

"I don't know. Arrange some new songs or...?" Kevin replied hastily.

"What? C'mon kev, we're here to relax, not stress ourselves with that." Mitch told him, getting different sounds of agreement from the group. "Plus, we already have an original album to release, anytime soon."

He then stood up and walked towards a wine rack in the corner of the room, hearing Matt chuckle in a distance, "hashtag soon."

"Oooooh. What kind of wine is this, Scott?" Mitch asked, clutching a green wine bottle, suspiciously with no label.

"Oh, that's cherry wine. I haven't opened that yet, I figured we should just do it tonight." Scott informed the others as Mitch placed the wine on the table.

"We sure will." He chuckled, placing his hands on his hips, chuckling lightly.

"But not without pizza!" Kirstin commented, raising her pointer finger up in the air.

She then took the pizza boxes and placed them beside the wine, along with a few wine glasses.

"How about a game of truth or dare?" Matt suggested as he bit on his slice of pizza.

"Yeah, sure. I'm in." Kevin agreed to the idea and so did Kirstin and Mitch.

But Scott didn't.

"I'm not." He said and sat further into his seat.

"Scott, come on, it'll be fun." Kirstin told him.

"Yeah," Mitch paused then spoke up again, somewhat like he just solved a big mystery, "but if you don't want to join, then you must be hiding something from us!"

"No. Of course not," Scott defended and muttered, rolling his eyes, "fine, I'm in."

"There we are!" Matt clapped, along with a couple of triumphant 'yeah's from the group.

"Alright. So, who's first?" Kevin asked.

"I think Matt should be first since he had the idea." Kirstin replied, shortly glancing towards Matt.

"Okay, soo..." He started and looked to his blonde friend, "Scott! Truth or dare?"

"Damn it," Scott muttered under his breath, sighed and spoke again in a much louder voice, "Dare."

Matt smiled devilishly at his reply, causing Scott's crooked spine to tingle a bit.

"I dare you to sit with Kirstie on that chair she's sitting on until the end of the game." He smiled, still with his devilish smile, getting a sound of 'OoOooOhh' s from the other two.
