By the time we got there....
I heard a scream it was so loud I thought my life eardrums would burst. The sound came from the other side of the corridor but i can't seem to place whose it is.
I stood there with my sister by my side and waited in horror as realised whose voice it was.
My mothers scream still haunts me till this day and every night I wonder if that day was a living nightmare or not?
