You are walking to the lab with Observer Alpha next to your side.

Observer Alpha: **walking** What kind of boots are wearing that make that noise?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: They are called German Jackboots. They are made for marching to show military might during parades.

Observer Alpha: I see, what else are they made for Doctor?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Well, it depends on what role the wearer has enlisted for and what the wearer is doing, when, and where. They can give a really good and painful kick to an opponent and they can even break bones if you kick someone hard enough in the right spot, such as the toe, fingers, and/or hands and wrist.

Observer Alpha: So marching and made for self defense?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: In simple form yes.

You and the Observer enter the lab and see the Empress waiting.

Arbiter: Do you have the designs on you?

Wilhelm Von Alfred: Of course. **hands them to the Empress**
