Chapter 8

(Susie's P.O.V)

Finally!!! I've been waiting for this all day ever since I found out about it during 3rd period. I walk into the locker rooms and quickly take the cheer outfit before it was all gone. That's right! You read this right, I am trying out for the Cheerleading Team. You must be thinking... Susie? Why are you even thinking about even being a Cheerleader? It's mostly all stuck up A-Listers! Well I don't care about any of that! I know that not all of them are stuck up A-Listers, and I know I'll make the team since I'm on the cheer squad in the Ghost Zone. I got pretty lucky to be on the team even though I wasn't enrolled in the school. Anyway I'm ready to be myself and hopefully not loose my cool to any of the A-Listers. 

After I got changed into the outfit I walk up to the gym where the rest of the girls who are trying out are as well as the rest of my gym class. Oh did I mention that this is during my 5th period gym class? Mr Peterson announces. "Okay class, today the gym is being used for the Cheerleading tryouts. So whoever is not trying out go outside and do 2 laps around the track and then wait for instructions. *Then he turns to Julie* Julie you will be in charge of the tryouts with Paige while the rest of the team who is already on the team sit on the benches to spectate." She nods and turns to us "Okay get in a line and wait for your turn to cheer kay?" Then she sits down next to Paige. 

Then Paige smiles "Okay just to let you know that there are 4 places open in the team, so try your best and then after you will find out who makes the team." I blink surprised, wow only 4 places open in the team! Oh I hope I make it... "Okay first person in line come to the middle of the gym please!" That's me! I got lucky to be the first one in line. I walk to the middle of the gym and smile. "Hi! My name is Susie Fenton and I'm in 7th grade, I just transferred here from being homeschooled and hope to be on the team. Hope you like what I can do." Then Paige turns on the music and I start to do what I do in the Ghost Zone. When I finished everyone except Julie clapped their hands with smiles on their faces.

Paige smiles big "Wow! That was amazing! Good job Susie" I smile "Thank you!" Julie rolls her eyes "Ugh! Paige just tell her to sit down on the benches next to the team, and call in the next person!" I frown not liking her so much "It's okay Paige, you don't have to tell me I heard her. Thanks by the way for the compliment" I walk to the bench and sit down waiting for the whole tryouts were over, so I can find out who made it. After everyone went the whole team is discussing who will be on the team. I really hope I made the team! Dani and Auntie Jazz would be so proud! I looked up hearing Julie speaking . "Okay, on this piece of paper is who made the team. So come up and look for yourselves..." 

I jumped up with the rest of the girls to tried out and looked at the paper. I gasped not believing my eyes. I smiled so big that it could stay that way "I made it!! YES!! Thank you so much!" Julie walks over to her and fake smiles  "Yeah congrats for making the team! *Then she whispers smirking* Just be ready Susie, you'll gonna wish you never made this team. You weren't that great just to let you know." IS SHE KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW!?!?! UGH! I knew she was a bitch right when I saw her face... I glare at her trying to keep my eyes from glowing purple. But what she doesn't notice is that her necklace is glowing light blue. The bell rings making me snap out of my anger and go straight to the locker rooms to get changed back into my clothes for Lunch. Hopefully I won't have to deal with her for the rest of the day.
