Friends or More than Friends

Chapter 9

Myles' POV

We were at Chipotle eating and talking about each other. I texted Kalin saying how do I ask Alanya to be my girlfriend. Kalin looked up at me, it looked like he was about to talk but Kayla started to talk.

"Alanya, could you come to the bathroom with me real quick?" Kayla questioned Alanya.

"Uhh, sure." Alanya said confused.

I kissed Alanya's cheek and I saw her blush. It was cute. When they went into the bathroom, Kalin said,

"Yo! Just say.. Even though we just met, I feel like your the one. Would you be my girlfriend?"

I smirked. "You are the best man! Bless, bless!"

Alanya's POV

Kayla and I went to the bathroom to talk.

"So, what you want to talk about now?" I said.

"Do you think Kalin is gonna ask.. Ya know.." Kayla said shyly.

"Idk maybe. Are you going to say yes if he does?" I questioned.

"Idk.. I mean.."

"You have to say yes! He's the love of your life! I'm not forcing you but you always called him your "future" boyfriend. It's okay. He's a good guy, he's not like Ethan."

"Maybe.. Let's go before the boys get worried."

Kayla looked sad and I didn't want Kalin to ask why.

Kalin's POV

Myles and I got done talking and then we see the girls came out of the bathroom. I looked at Kayla and she looked like she was fake smiling. I needed to talk to Alanya and see wassup. I wanted to make Kayla mine also but not tonight. I have to know more about her before she's mine.

"Hey, umm.. Alanya. Can I talk to you real quick?" I questioned.

Myles looked at me confused. I texted him saying why. And he looked back at me and just nod.

"Hey, so wassup?" Alanya asked.

"Why does Kayla look sad?"

"Do you like her?"

"Yes, I do a lot! You can't tell her that though!"

"I won't, she likes you too but she had a bad person in her life. I told her your not like that, but I know she won't believe me. Your gonna have to show her your a good person, I know your a good person but she needs to get that guy out of her mind."

"Oh.. Wow, I feel sorry but I'll try!" I smiled.

We walked back and we see Myles talking to another girl. I whispered to Alanya and asked her,

"Do you like Myles? Because he likes you a lot. You can't tell him I said that either!"

"Yes, I like Myles. Guys would asks me out and I'll say no just for him."

"Are you serious?!"

"Yeah. You can't tell him that. Your like my  best friends that I could tell my secret too.. Haha!"

"Yeah. But who's that girl by Myles?"

"Idek."

Myles' POV

Right after Kalin and Alanya left. I deicided to chat with Kayla, until this girl comes up to me and sits on my lap. She was hugging me like crazy! I looked at Kayla and she looked confused. I gave her a signal to help me.
