With heavy hearts and sore bodies the Olympians teleported the remaining seven to half-blood hill where demigods, both Greek and Roman were fighting a bloody and unrelenting battle. Percy having blanked on everything after he granted Gaea her last wish before her eternal slumber blinked once, then twice while taking in the many lifeless bodies and the countless more injured. The fire that was inching its way towards Thalia's tree and the scorched hill they stood on. He turned his head to where the big house should have stood instead he only saw a blackened heap of ruble still glowing with heat. With all that has happened Percy lets his tears fall while he slams his knees into the earth. If you would have asked anyone there they would have said that with that simple motion Percy stopped the fighting demigods, Roman and Greek felt the slight tremor and looked at what appeared to be the epicenter. Many could only describe the feeling that cascaded across the battlefield as peace and hope then of sadness and realization of what has happened here.

After a few moments a bright flash of light finds both the demigods injured and perfectly fine on Olympus, more specifically in the throne room of the gods. Most of the gods looking many years older than they usually appear.

"I....", Zeus tries to start but cannot say anything else. The majority of demigods that were coming out of their shell shock were thrown for another loop as the king of the gods was at a loss for words.

this time Athena starts, "I think that I speak for the entire council on this matter, thank you all for everything you have done for Olympus over the course of your lives and this war has shown us that we need to get closer to our children and actually be there for them when they truly need it"

"Right you are Athena", Zeus finds his words, "at this time all of your fallen brothers and sisters have been brought to their respective camps and their bodies reverted to before they were..."

"Anyway! I think it is time for the rewards ceremony, right father", Apollo cuts his father off.

"right! the remaining seven, Nico, and Reyna , please stand and come forward." Zeus motions. Jason, Hazel, Nico, and Reyna all slowly stand and start towards the front of the gods thrones. Percy however just remains sitting in silence, feeling numb and cold. Zeus ignores Percy for the moment and asks,

"Jason my boy, the council and I would like to offer you immortality and to sit among us as an Olympian", many demigods could be heard gasping but none louder than Jason himself.

He looks up to his father and whispers loud enough for all the gods to hear," I'm sorry but I must refuse, I have a promise to all of the minor gods to fulfill besides, full immortality would suit me ill, however I would like to have partial immortality to fulfill said promise" Zeus nods his head granting Jason's wish.

"Hazel, for your service to Olympus you are granted this life, Thanatos shall let you live a natural life. Well as natural of a life that you can live as a Demigod." Hades says from his guest throne

Zeus nods in agreement, " I would also like to add that we offer you immortality? Do you accept?"

"I'm sorry, lord Zeus", Hazel responds, "as great an honor like that would be, I would like to eventually rejoin with Frank in the underworld. My only wish is that I would be able to live a peaceful life helping campers and legionaries alike learn how to survive this world we live in."

"Granted", Zeus agrees, "Hazel you will be one of our faculty at camp half-blood."

"Nico, my boy", Hades smiles softly, " with the council's approval I would like to ask you to become partially immortal and officially the king of ghosts, general to my forces of the underworld, and my one and only heir to the throne of said underworld." Muffled whispers could be heard across the room, mostly of shock and some of agreement.

"It would be an honor, father" Nico dips his head in acceptance. Everyone seems to look at Zeus to see if he approves. He just nods his head and looks to Reyna.

"And for you child of Bellona, what is it that the gods can give you?"

"I wish that the Greek and Roman camps could be joined together as we would be stronger as one United people" Reyna asks.

"A great wish, Athena write that down and get started immediately on the designs" Zeus looks towards Athena. She only nods in response.

"Percy Jackson please step forward", Zeus booms. With a start Percy jumps from his chair and walks forward with sadness in his wake.

"You have proved once again that the gods would be nothing without their children, so I ask you once again if you would become a god but not just any god, the 13th Olympian!" Zeus shouts the last part with a gargantuan smile plastered on his face.

Percy stares at Zeus like he's grown five extra heads, "I'm sorry lord Zeus but I must decline once again." Most of the gods who were talking with hushed voices stopped when Percy turned godhood down once again

"Then what would you ask of us?" Athena once again speaks up, looking with tears at her dead daughters lover.

"to release all of the peaceful titans from their prisons and give Hades and Hestia thrones here on Olympus." Percy states.

"Anything else that you would ask of us?" this time Artemis speaks up.

"yes, to leave me alone for a while, give me time to myself please," at this request some of the gods looked a little taken aback and the others seemed to nod in under standing. Zeus nods his head and two thrones shoot out of the floor one made of souls and bones, the other made of stained wood with two torches on the back support with flames of the hearth burning bright and radiating hope.

"your wishes have been granted. Now everyone we will have a small celebration for our victory today over Gaea and her giants, then we will have the shroud burning tomorrow at first light. Go get cleaned up and be back here in two hours." Percy deciding he wants to disappear and go to his mothers house walks out of the throne room.
