February 25th x791

Life was miserable after the disappearance of everyone that was in the S-class mage trial. They all died is what everyone else said but the guild and I don't think so. After everyone disappeared without a trace, I left the guild to travel the world. I couldn't stand going there every day and not seeing my friends, not having my friendly rivalry with Cans and Grey, and not my girlfriend Erza Scarlet. She was my world. I used to think that I would die if she left me for more than two weeks. And now she's been gone for 7 years. She was only 19 when she left. We had been together for not even two months before she disappeared. I was slightly younger than her by one year so now I am celebrating her 26th birthday by standing next to her vase with flowers she left me. I was not picked for the S-class trials nor I am an S-class wizard due to being gone for my mothers birthday so I could not make it that year.

She left me with a pot of flowers for myself as a 'see you after we get back from the trails'. The flowers are dead but I have replenished the vase because I have kept the vase. The slim but tall vase had little red and blue hearts on it. The word 'Lover' was written on the side. She loved giving me gifts. Every time, even before we were dating she would give me gifts from every mission she went on.

March 7th x778

"Hi! Im (Y/n)! Nice to meet you. What's your name?"

"Erza, Erza Scarlet."The small red haired girl said.

"Hey! You!"I whipped my head around and saw a brunette girl with big brownish purple eyes.

"Me?" I asked

"Yes. You. What's your name? I'm Cana."

"I'm (y/n). Do you both want to see my magic? It's really cool!" I said in a sweet voice, really wanting them to see it.

"Sure. I will show you mine after you than Erza." Cana said in an excited tone. I then started staring into Cana's eyes and formed a flower with rainbow colors glowing out of it.

"Wow! That's really cool! I'm learning card magic. My favorite is this one so far." She said and pulled a blue card from her pocket and handed it to me and said "Do you want to know where a specific something is? Like if you lost something? Here take this," She handed me a bottle cap," Go hide this somewhere outside and I won't look."

"Okay!" i said enthusiastically. I then ran outside and placed the cap under some brush, then ran right back speeding towards Cana and Erza. "There done!" I exclaimed.

"Okay. Now I'm going to find it." She said and took out a few more cards and set them on the ground. The cards then started glowing and formed an arrow. We followed the arrows all the way outside to the brush. I hid the cap in and Cana picked the cap up.

"Wow! That's amazing! Erza what is your magic?" I asked the scarlet haired girl.

"I prefer for you to find that out. We should go and meet some of the others so you can get to know them too." The three of us approached a set of two boys who seemed to be duking it out.

"Umm....It looks like we shouldnt interfear with them right now." I said with worry.

"It's fine. They do that all of the time." A girl with white short hair approached the three of us observing the two fighting."Hi. I'm Lisanna.Great to meet you!" She said and gave me a hug as if I had known her for years. "I can tell we are going to be best friends!" the sweet voice of the girl. I think I found my new friends and family.
