Before we begin, I just want to say that (Y/N) does end up picking someone to date towards the end of the book (I might make some alternate endings though). In (Y/N)'s file there is a part called 'Love Interests', the person she ends up dating is a part of this list. You can take guesses on who it is :)

They don't go to Karasuno. Sorry if you like the Karasuno boys! But don't worry, there will still be lovey dovey parts with them though!
Kageyama and Hinata won't be love interests because (you already know if you read the whole description) I will be putting them together (KAGEHINA!!!). Same with Suga and Daichi (DAISUGA!!!)
