Mal's pov
So it's been 3 days since the Zach incident and he still teases me about it, and I still blush really hard every time. But me and Zach went to the game store here and I saw that there was a gaming competition there this weekend and that the winner takes 5,000 dollars home so I thought they I could use it for  me and Essa's apartment you might be wondering were Lila is going well she lives on the other side of the world so after we leave in a week and a half she's going back home because it's summer break but she said she's gonna visit is a few weeks later so it's not like she's gone for the summer completely. Anyway I'm gonna sign up for this competition so I walked over to the sign up table and wrote my name then I walked over to look at the new released games then after a while me and Zach left and went to get lunch. Zach tried to pay for my food but I wouldn't let him. After we were done done eating we got in his car and drove to the house once we got there we went inside and called to the guys that we were back but no one answered so we figured we were home alone so we sat on the couch and me and Zach were watching Aladdin together and we must have fell asleep cause when we woke up I had my feet on the couch and my head on Zach's chest while Zach had his head on mine and had his arms around me while the girls and the guys were taking pictures I looked over at Zach and we both blushed then jack spoke up and said
Jack: aww aren't you 2 lovebirds cute
Daniel: bet that's only half of what they did😉
Zach looked down and blushed so that went to far so I stood up and gave Daniel a death glare and picked up a flipflop and started running after him screaming
Mal: Daniel I'm gonna kill you
Daniel: you won't if you can't catch me
By this time everyone is giggling and laughing while Daniel and I was still running he ran upstairs and so I followed him upstairs into his room then he jumped under his covers thinking he could hide but I jumped on him and sat on him below his stomach and he grumbled so I ripped the blankets of him and smacked him multiple times on the head with the flipflop. After I was done beating him with the flipflop I dropped it on the floor and looked into Daniels ocean blue eyes and he looked into mine I leaned down closer to his face while he leaned upwards finally our lips connected but we both let go when we had to breath we both smiled at each other then we leaned in again and have a full on make out session then I heard sniffles me and Daniel both looked at the door to see Zach standing there crying and angry I quickly got off Daniel and started walking towards Zach but he yelled at me
Zach: no stay away I get it now you just wanted to play with my feelings just to make out with another  dude and to makes things worse my bandmate out of all the people in LA!! You know what Mal you can have him I bet he's just so perfect and I was just a dumb boy for believing that I found a girl I truly cared about and she cared about me!You know some of us haven't had that in a while!
Mal: ohh I would know plenty of what it feels like I've been casted out on the streets my whole life Zach I've never had a family as soon as I hit 5 they gave me some money and some stuff to stay alive but you know that stuff doesn't last forever when I was 7 I was hit by a car and put into the hospital and you know what I did as soon as I was better I snuck out of the hospital and left cause I didn't have the money to pay I was tracked down 2 weeks later by the police and explained to them that my family died and I couldn't pay the hospital back but  they were kind enough to pay it for me but I still never got a home I've been off the streets for 2 months now because I finally found a abandoned apartment to stay in and I'm still having to steal food to survive so don't give me any of that bull shit Zach because honestly you wouldn't know what it felt like now I'm done with this conversation
As I was walking out I bumped his shoulder hard and he backed into the railing of the stairs and I walked to my room and locked the door and started breaking down
*3 weeks later*
Jonah told me I could stay for as long as I like and of course I did I haven't opened my door for anyone these past 3 weeks and I haven't really eaten or drank anything I've gotten really pale and skinny and the guys and girls are worried they say I need to eat but I know I don't because I know if I go out of this room I'm gonna have to answer questions and I don't want to. I've tried relaxing and everything but it still won't help this feeling I have towards Daniel and Zach it's a feeling of uncertainty and loneliness that I have I want to be with Daniel but Zach makes me have butterflies and feel warmth but Daniel makes me feel happy and safe but I don't want to get hurt again like last time. And today I have someone begging to talk to me and that is.... Corbyn.
